I was broke down on coming back from [redacted] for the holiday weekendI looked up tow trucks on my phone and a million places popped upI called several and each told me a ridiculous amount of money and over hours to waitI finally got a call back from Mack @ Duval TowingHe was the first person to not instantly ask if I had enuff cash on me and act like he was doing me the favorAll the other places treated me like I was bothering them when I was the customer but not Mack he asked if I had kids in the car,if I was far enuff off rd to not get hit and if I knew where I needed to get towed or could he recommend a placeWhen I told him I had my yr old, he put me right to the tp of his list and was there in min towing me to the Ford Dealer by my house.And even gave me a ride a mile down the rd home Thanks again Duval Towing and Mack you made what could have been the worst end of a great weekend a little bit better and a whole lot easier [redacted] F- Fuel problems
I have never done this before, so please bare with me..A few years back I had a horrific experience when driving to manchester to see my son at school..my tire flew off of my car, across Rt into the wooded area..My car was a mess...I am from [redacted] and I needed to be towed back to [redacted] ...Duvall Towing did that for me, which I will be forever grateful since I had never experienced anything like that before..Well, today, another car event..My son was driving to the Museum in downtown when his car over heated..coolant spilling out.it was a messTo the rescue again...Duval Towing..After my son called me with the bad news I called Dom and he and even his wife remembered me and suggested a place where my son could go for repairs, I am so very grateful againThis company not only remembered me but was there to help me againThis company is an asset to the communityTHANKYOU
