I ordered a table from z gallerie in April that was meant to be delivered in MayIt is now AUGUST and the table has not arrivedI’ve called and email z gallerie a dozen times trying to get updates on what’s going on and every single time they are unable to tell me anything whatsoeverThey don’t even themselves know where the table isThey are never polite or understanding, they are blatantly rudeThey lied to me and blamed everything on the shipping company but I called the shipping company and spoke to a very helpful woman who informed me that a month and a half after z gallerie had told me it was in their possession, they hadn’t even received it yetWhen I told z gallerie I wanted to cancel my order at this point as I had ordered the table MONTHS AGO, they told me I would be refunded but not the $charge for the shippingWhy on earth would I pay for the shipping on an item I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVEDSave yourself the headache, absolutely not worth ordering from z gallerieAlso Tonya from customer service deserves to be fired for her horrible rude attitude, even when I called and tried to calmly and politely figure out what was going on

I ordered a print on November 13, thinking I could have it hung in my new house in time for the first Christmas dinner I was hostingI was told that the shipping company (Global Logistics) would be calling me to set up a time for delivery (as I would hope after spending almost $800)On Dec3, our package was found on our front porch, thrown, lying on the floor, huge gashes on all sides, and with no phone call to schedule deliveryWe ignored that and were so excited to open the packageThe $print was tornI reported it on Dec6, because the offices were closed over the weekendI sent in pictures as requested and hoped this process wouldn't take longI was notified that the package actually wouldn't get here in time for Christmas nor would it get here in time before the New YearFrom then until now, my replacement print has gotten lost probably times and customer service has been such a nightmareApparently you have to call to request to speak to a supervisor or anyone higher than the customer service, and on top of that you have to wait an additional 24-hoursI requested for a supervisor to call me times, weeks in a row, and I'm still waiting for that callIt is now January 25, 2018, I still have no print, so I decided to stop this madness, cancel my order and get refunded my entire amountApparently, a Z Gallerie Quality Assurance Specialist requested to refund my money on Janso we'll see how long it takes to hit my cardWhether or not this company calls me back to apologize for this huge inconvenience I wanted to make it known that this company has the WORST customer service and shipping/delivery partners I have ever worked with in my entire lifeI truly do not know how this company is still openI'm giving this business a star because I have to in order to make it seem like I didn't skip that part, but it doesn't even deserve that
