On feb 13 2020 zgallerie picked up a chair and table from my home
And I was told a refund would be processed
Via email on the 11th I told consumer service an $800 debit card and my active credit card was used
To purchase And explained in subsequent conversations the debit card account was no longer active
They said I would then get a check
Again after phone conversations in feb and the last being on March 4
Customer service is unable to tell me where my refund is
And further promise to call me back and do not

Refund I want a check sent to me ASAP for $800 The furniture was picked up and returned on feb 13 2020 and that was Accomplished after many phone calls and emails to the company They have the chair and table and will not refund my money
I heard from the company and this has been worked out to my satisfaction
