Review: We bought a sofa set from Z Gallery in [redacted].Its a leather sofa set and the seats on it has started wearing and tearing, We got a 5 year warranty on it. We called customer service two months ago and they said the manager will call you, we waited 1 wk then we called again they said he is on vacation, then we called, the lady ther said he will call back and still no call.I have guests coming over christmas and my sofas are a mess. Please help us, me and my wife are totally frustrated, we thought it was a good quality coming from z Gallery and extended our budget, we just got done paying it off. We cannot afford to buy another one. your help is desperately needed. Thank youDesired Settlement: We would like them to fix it or replace it fast. we dont have time
