I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they are being dishonest and have been throughout this entire process. They are just rejecting my complaints. I had to call and email them countless times and they never responded or resolved my complaint. When I finally sent one last angry email calling them out on their unprofessionalism, they responded in a hostile manner. The event was an embarrassment and disappointment. Many of my guests made remarks to me about the terrible service and lack of food. They did not execute the contract as was promised in the agreement. They just do not want to take responsibility for their actions.
