Michael began to grow very defensive and agitated by my inquiries and never provided a solid answer as to when it would come in. Review: On 2/23/15 I went into inquire about repairing the broken screen on my [redacted]. Per [redacted] the digitizer replacement screen and replacement/repair would be 60.00 I left him with a deposit of 30.00 and he promised to have it within 2 -4 weeks with a due date of 3/25/15 and no indication on the deposit being non-refundable. after leaving the shop immediately [redacted] called me and told me the repair/part would cost 90.00$ which discomforted me but I was still willing to mover forward. I had been in contact with [redacted] throughout the waiting period and he advised that he didn't know what was taking so long as it was coming internationally and he apologized for the delay numerous of times. The first week of April I called and now inquired about a refund as it was taking way too long for the piece to come in and at this time I obtained a new phone and was no longer willing to wait. I called [redacted] and expressed that I was now interested in a refund again he apologized and avoided discussing a refund but instead stated he will see when it will be here. On april 6 th [redacted] LVM about the part I called back he stated it arrived. I advised that I was not interested anymore but to let me think it over for a couple of days. I decided that I didn't need the part , it took longer than promised and that I already had a phone so on 4/15/15 I went in for a refund [redacted] whom I never met before now states that I just missed [redacted]. He calls him on the cell phone at which [redacted] states I can't be refunded to my surprise as there was never a discussion of the deposit being non -refundable. Again on April 16 th I went back to request refund from [redacted] again now in person [redacted] advised that he is not going to be refunding as he shouldn't have to eat the cost of having the part shipped here. again I advised [redacted] with my receipt in hand that no where in-store or on my receipt does it state a deposit, return or shipping policy so therefore there should be no problem with the refund again HE REFUSED!!Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the deposit that I put down on the phone of 30.00$
