Hi We have purchased the Evergreen Advertising Machine for 1000$. Up to this point all my traffic has been done organically from people I know and seminars I hold. I have been really hit by COVID 19 and almost all my business was wiped out as all my seminars were cancelled.

I bought the course in the hopes that I can take my business online and survive this COVID 19. I cant not write enough how satisfied we are on the course. I just tweaked my free organic social media posts as I have learnt on the course and I have already made the full money back from the course!!!! And We haven't even started with the paid advertising.

Its a lot of study to do, but Tyson really gives you all the data! I feel we are able to handle social media marketing and we know how to react if certain situations come up with the ad. I love in the course that you can go very fancy with expensive software, but if you dont want you can also do everything yourself and he is very clear about that! We chose to do everything ourselves.

The coaching calls in the Inner Circle are amazing! Trully amazing! Worth every penny. I guess we got very lucky, but he presented a guest from the same niche as us, with all their numbers, the ads that they use and how they work and why, with full transparency! It really was worth every penny.

We have questions on the course and tyson personally answered them on the coaching call and also in the facebook and his answers really took time to give us all the needed info.

If you want to generate leads online and you are willing to learn an evergreen marketing skill this course is worth every penny! We are so thankful for Tyson and his course and wish we would have found him earlier!!

I recently purchased Tyson ***'s lead attraction course and it has been very effective in helping me get more clients for my business. Tyson has also given me tons of personal advice on my business and ads and I feel confident having his support as I try and navigate the world of online marketing.
I read some other reviews on here and while I cant speak to people's personal experiences, I will say this: Tyson's course is meant for people who are willing to work hard, be thorough and not get discouraged easily. If you buy the course, be prepared to implement it, even if its confusing at first. Understandably, Tyson can't spend all day responding to the same basic questions asked by new members. When you take time to research your questions and narrow down the direction of your thought process, Tyson is nothing but helpful. He has brought up so many marketing philosophies in the few conversations we have had that I never would have thought of. But I only got those answers because I asked pointed questions.
Suffice it to say, if you're serious about increasing the value and success of your business, Tyson ***'s products are well worth the investment.

I believe the positive testimonials. I also live in Missouri and wished that he could have helped me. I did not receive all the material I needed and did not get support. Instead, someone in his staff kept arguing with me. All I wanted was a refund when I had no success. I watched the videos that were presented but they did not help. If someone would have called instead of disputing my messages asking for a refund, it may have made a difference. I can not believe I have had such a problem getting refunded Tyson’s program was not at all helpful. I just want my money back!

has many businesses , many websites with excessive terms and disclaimers that show he has everything covered so customers have no chance to ask for a refund. This seasoned entrepreneur must have had many unhappy customers over the years of manuplitating vulnerable, unsuspecting, trusting people.

He is very skilled at making you feel that anyone can do his courses and any type of business will succeed. That is far from the truth.

I signed up on may12, 220 and within days I became aware that this course is NOT possible for everyone. The reading material, the constant emails and the vast amount of videos one has to watch was disjointed, excessive and impossible for most people.

He has a time clock to make customers decide quickly or the course costs twice as much money.

The course was so confusing for me. I started reading the private *** page for customers. His intolerance to one lady was disturbing.

This course is not for people my age. I'm 67 and it was over the top for me. I became overwhelmed and stressed.
Too much jargon that I did not understand. I messaged the company within days of joining and explained my dilemma and if they could please refund me. They said no unless I complete the 5 steps in their terms and conditions. It involved me doing the whole course, implementing everything he says and spending another AUD $441 on *** ads. The course already cost me AUD $1,600. I was shocked.

Yes, I was too ambitious for my age. I hoped they were compassionate enough to understand, alas they were not. He has no shame.

It's sad that people like him exist. He is ruthless and money hungry. Millions are not enough for him, he wants more and more, whatever it takes. He must know that the success rate in this field for customers is only 0.1%. I just found that statistic today.

He obviously knows how to manipulate the internet to his advantage however there are scathing complaints that some people have bothered to spend the time to report this ruthless individual.

. this is Dave chambers of out of Houston.I listened to two webinars products from *** out of out of Missouri and I bought one called 100 Leads in 30 days or less and I had listened to a webinar from this gentleman called Attraction Marketing Bundle and and in it he says "as of all was as with all of our products we have a 30-day money-back guarantee you have zero risk if you're not happy just ask for your money back and we'll refund everything you paid up to that point" Wwell I requested a refund he is not honor it and he's saying well I didn't read the fine print on the on the contract that I was under the gun to sign and so I'm trying to get this guy to refund $497 in for a product that I can't use so I'm trying to get your help thank you.

First, this customer still has a great deal of time in her 60 days to make an attempt at the course and apply for the refund with the terms provided. We are still very happy to provide the double her money back if it does not work, however, as the terms that were provided before having the chance to even buy (both on the webinar and on the order form where she agreed to the terms), she does have to at least make the effort and try the course.

We want to reiterate that we are always happy to refund if the course does not work when the customer makes the effort to try it. But it does not appear she has made effort to use the course.

Additionally, since we don't see that she has ever reached out to ask for help, or ask questions, or to get clarification if she was confused in her free month of coaching, we can also provide her another free month of coaching, so that she can ask questions or get support where she seems to be confused.

We are sorry she feels she is having trouble with the course, but hope she will continue to use the very simple step by step instructions in addition to the coaching for support and questions to where she is having trouble, as she did not use any support previously and does not seem to have made the effort to apply the course, but instead wanted to quit as soon as she may have had a question.

Should she need a refund after having tried the course with her full 60 day refund promise, she only needs to send us the required terms for a double refund.

I knew this would be a waste of time. This man, I believe, has a stock standard response to everyone. He has no compassion or understanding that this type of course IS impossible for some people.His only objective is to grab unsuspecting people's money regardless of their concerns. I believe I am one of thousands who is not capable of doing this course and he knows it. I believe this is how these type of people make a great deal of money. If its a great way to make money why is he not making enough doing it himself and not conning others to pay him.

The Action Based Guarantee is very clearly explained on the webinar that *** attended and very clearly explained on the order form that *** filled out prior to placing her order (see the attached screenshots). In fact, *** had to tick a checkbox on the order form indicating that she understood and agreed to the Action-Based Refund policy (see the attached screenshot and you will see that "ACTION-BASED REFUND POLICY" is bold, underlined and capitalized.

*** indicated that she knew the requirements of the guarantee going into the purchase and yet, in looking at her consumption history of the course, she only watched 5 lessons in the first module. Then skipped over the 2nd module entirely. She watched one lesson in module 3 and two lessons in module 4 and then decided (in her own words) that she is "too old to understand social media advertising" and that she "gets confused easily" at her age.

Our marketing clearly explains that this course is for serious business owners who are willing to put in the work and do not give up or make excuses at the first roadblock or first sign of difficulty.

Furthermore, we offer 30 days of free access to a private coaching group on *** where the customer can ask questions and get personalized help if they struggle.

*** did not make a single post in that group nor did she ask any questions on our LIVE video group conference calls. Building a business is hard work and we communicate very clearly that people who are not willing to do the work required should not purchase our programs nor should they even attend our free webinars (see the disclaimer at the bottom of the registration form *** filled out prior to registering for the webinar - jointyson.com). One particular sentence in that disclaimer clearly states: "If you are the kind of person who starts a program and doesn't finish it or quits at the first sign of a challenge and then expects a refund because "something came up in your life" or because you "changed your mind" or decided to "go a different direction", not only do we recommend that you NOT purchase any of our courses, we recommend that you move on from this page entirely without entering your information so as not to waste your time."

Unfortunately, not everyone takes the time to do their due diligence before purchasing (even though the terms are very clearly laid out and available to them), and as a result they believe their only recourse (instead of taking personal responsibility) is to claim "scam" and "con man" even though the terms were readily available to them the entire time. This seems to be a classic case of buyers remorse where *** didn't even watch the videos or even attempt to apply the information before deciding she didn't want to put in the work required.

I responded to the advertisements. I registered to become involved with the programme.

At the same time it was my understanding that I could get a refund of my money if the programme was not what it claimed.

Essentially, I was genuinely looking for a methodology to help me get 100 leads in 30 days. In the same period I had a University document to be completed and submitted, with the time constraints and other intervening circumstances I just could not do it. Before the thirty days were expired I wrote to them asking for a refund. I only watched two of the three introductory videos suggested by Tyson.

I recognized that the financial commitment was going to be difficult to handle as I was not able to generate the business I anticipated. It was then that I was being told that a refund was not forthcoming unless I tried the programme and if the results were not as promised I would get my refund. According to ***, I have access to the programme and can use it any time. Based on her response, it would appear this is a trap. I asked her is I was trapped.

Well, I have not used it. I will not use it. I find their attitude unacceptable.

Yes, there is a long document with fine prints which I might have said 'I accept'... that is only because of the 'undue pressure' you are made to feel by *** and his fast talking. The truth is, the way the advertisement is coined and all that is presented in the initial "free" training its quite different once you listen to the Video.

This is very draining for me. In an effort to help myself, I asked the credit card company to desist from paying but yet another payment was made 05/12/2020 putting my account past the credit limit.

My financial situation is dire and the truth is I would like to be refunded all my money.

This system I may be very excellent, but I will never find out as I am not willing to go along with what appears to be filled with a lot of deceit.

As we previously explained, there is absolutely a refund available in the first 30 days with the agreed terms provided. We do agree that as stated, that you of course can receive a refund if the course does not produce the results you expected. But those 5 terms would need to be provided. It is certainly not a trap and is yours for life to use in the same manner you had originally purchased the course to do. And without any further financial commitments needed for the course, it can still provide success when you are ready.

Additionally, we are even happy to extend the 30 actionable refund promise through the end of June 15th, should the course not have worked after being applied, as we are still confident in its providing your business success, simply provide our team those 5 easy terms before June 15th and we can refund in full.

Although I have a degree in marketing, I was not savvy in online marketing so I signed up for Tyson's latest course, Evergreen Attraction Machine. Having taken a couple other online marketing courses already that did not deliver what they promised, I felt this was not only the best training I received, but well worth every penny. In the first lesson alone, Tyson taught me in 5 minutes what I had been struggling with in another course -- identifying and marketing to my target market.

I really liked this course because it started out with an overarching big picture structure of a marketing foundation that will stand the test of time, something I never got in my college classes. Then he filled in all the puzzle pieces with extremely detailed instructions on how to use social media for marketing, both for paid and unpaid advertising. And then he had two webinars a week for the duration of the class where he not only answered EVERY question from the class, but also brought expert guests on who provided even more valuable content.

He can be a little brusque, so this is not recommended for snowflakes, but I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to learn how to do their own marketing.

Tyson *** course is nothing that you won't learn from the internet, however, this is not the main problem I had with him. I think he is a ruthless person without a human heart. I recently went through extraordinary hardship and had to ask him for a refund after the cancellation period due to my circumstances with a high-conflict divorce, and the fact that I have two young children to take care of. I offered to send him all my legal documents to prove my case is authentic and that I'm not taking advantage of his program, which I couldn't follow anyway. Mr. never responded, his assistant coldly responded they will not refund and that he will not talk to me. Other providers were much more sympathetic and I can honestly say, there are much better programs than Mr. even though this was not my complaint about him. It's the lack of human understanding for someone's harsh situation. I hope Mr. one day understands we're all human and we all go through hardship and when this inevitably happens to him, I hope he remembers how cold and non-responsive he was, with zero compassion or empathy.

I purchased T *** 100 Leads in 30 days for $497 and agreed to pay $97 per month for access to the ***. I did call after 30 days regarding the additional $97 and stated I did not want to be a part of the *** and just go through the classes that I purchased for $497. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and I just left it alone, not wanting to get into an argument. I have since changed my credit card so I wouldn't be charged another $97 for nothing and now they have suspended my entire account, including the classes I purchased for $497. I purchased these classes and now I have no access to them. This is not the way to do business. After spending hundreds of dollars on a program, I no longer can access the program. I purchased a product and they took it away because I did not want to spend $97 every single month to listen to this man and his insulting comments he makes on these live calls. He is a thief.

We do want be sure to note that the course has never been taken, and to remind this customer she does of course have access to her program and all the bonuses that were provided. The program is hers for life and can be accessed at anytime. If the logins have been forgotten, she of course can contact us and we would be happy to provide those to her again. We have however, verified the account is still accessible in full with the logins she created at the time of the order.

As an email communication company, we have not noted any emails sent about the cancellation of the *** or the cancellation form submitted, but of course are happy to cancel this membership any time, which of course still will not change access to the course that is hers for life.

In logging into the sites Ultimate Marketing Formula - there is a big red warning that states:

"WARNING! You Recently Had a Failed PaymentTo lift (or avoid) the suspension on your product, please update your credit card information here."

Please see attachment.

I was also told when I called customer service, that if I choose to stop the *** group that costs $97 per month, that I would not have access to ANYTHING that I purchased.

I do not want to be a part of the *** and continue to pay $97 per month and I want to make sure I ALWAYS have access to my online classes. This message states that I will lose access of my 'product' which is the online classes.

the customer does have access to her product that she purchased and she always has. We would never (and have never) removed access to a product that a customer paid in full for.

The red warning bar she's referring to indicates that she had a failed payment for the *** coaching program of $97 per month. This was a monthly subscription and our support team explained that if she cancelled the ***, she would lose access to all of the benefits related to that monthly coaching program.

So when she sees a "red bar" stating "To lift (or avoid) the suspension on your product, please update your credit card information here." that is referring to the monthly subscription product and not the home study course which we have never removed or suspended access to. The customer can click on the link inside her product dashboard to gain access to her "100 Leads in 30 Days" home study course (and all of the bonuses related to that product) and she'll see that she still has (and always had) access to that product.

If the red warning bar about the failed payment for her *** subscription is a concern to her, we have removed that warning bar from her membership site. If she will log out and log back in, she will see that she does have full access to her products and the red warning bar has been removed.

This business engages in unfair and deceptive sales practices in my opinion. If you do decide to sign up, may sure you understand every aspect of its return policy. It is not really a money back guarantee.

We are sorry that you have not been able to complete the course with the delinquent payment on your payment plan. As we do only have a 30 days money back promise, we are sorry a refund was not available now well over 60 days from the purchase. But please remember that we are of course always happy to refund on the 30 day money back promise with the terms provided. We do apologize we were not able to refund outside/against that upfront 30 day refund promise.

Back in July, 2019, I watched a facebook ad on Tyson Z, internet called 100 leads in 30 days. I clicked to purchase the course for three payments of $199. He offer was quite compelling offer not only a full refund back but up to $100 on my ads spend back. After reviewing his material, I used his program step by step in a weight loss program that I was trying to promote. Shortly realizing that my personal facebook account was in jail and I was not longer able to create adds. I had to plea to facebook to get my personal account back for 3 months. I tried to dispute with my bank, they they asked me to reach out to the vendor directly. Apparently, the only way you are entitled to a 30 day refund in if your purchase the program in full. To that is unfair, I not asking for the $100 back in ad spend. I want my money back. We live in a capitalist society where good or service are exchanged for money. This person scammed me out of $199. I really don't have anything in return but a facebook ads bill that I paid for out of my own pocket.

It appears there is confusion or misrepresentation of the terms provided for the course, as our 30 day money back promise is available no matter if the customer has selected to pay for the course in full, or for the customer that paid with a payment plan. This customer however did not request the refund until AFTER the first 30 days. This would be the reason we could not refund.

The course is on a 30 day money back refund promise, should the course not provide the results a customer expects (there are not any stipulations to this). They only need to provide the refund request WITHIN the 30 days of the purchase. Additionally, to avoid any confusion or discussion on timing of the 30 days, we do not make the second charge even for courses purchased with a 3 payment plan option until the the 31st day.

In this customers case however, his request to get a refund and cancel his course was only sent AFTER we made the attempt for the second of the three installments he agreed to for the course. These installment dates were also verified by the customer before the purchase was made, and confirmed though the emailed invoice after the order was made. Though it was not until after the second payment was charged and failed, that the customer emailed with a message stating only "Please refund my purchase." This message was not only sent after the 30 day money back promise had expired, but also without any of the requirements of a refund request agreed to at the time of the purchase.

Additionally, our team did reply to remind the customer that they were requesting a refund outside of the 30 day money back promise, and we could not refund outside of this deadline, but there was not a response to the message.

Instead, the customer attempted to make a chargeback to his bank to try and get the refund though this avenue, and when support was submitted to his bank, the chargeback was dropped and the bank sided with the merchant (us), being that the customer was not in the 30 day refund request timeframe.

As he was unable to receive a refund from the company against the policy of the 30 days, requesting it outside the 30 days, and he was not able to get the refund from his bank who also agreed the customer had not met the agreed policy, it seems he is not attempting to request the refund from the Revdex.com falsely stating we do not refund unless the course is paid in full. This however is not the case, and it is as simple as the customer was not in the 30 day money back refund time frame.

In August 2019, I initiated a purchase of *** designed to help people with a very non-sales-marketing budget to promote business on *** for nearly not money and build using tips from this program; for which they quickly escalated to more expensive programs for launching a business for which I have a very tight budget with urgency to get it flowing. There was to be a coaching call withing a day or two followed by directives, webinars, "follow me"s.
I immediately called upon ordering to find out the timing.
I never did receive a coaching call to show what to do and how to start. Further I never was able to access any materials as there was a block to enter with the password they gave. I never followed further. I was waiting for the coaching call for directives.
I was astonished when I received a call finally which was a threat call by *** stating they would not refund my money and further after I told her received no call and that I utilized NOTHING, NO BENEFITS, Because I could not get IN TO ANYTHING, she emphatically stated that they would "make it look like I got in and updated my password" so they would not have to refund me anything.
I was horrified and asked her, Why would you do that?...Lie like that?" Her reply, "Because we can!" I was stunned and felt violated and immediately called my credit card company and put the two charges for $497 & $997 into dispute. I won the $997 but they replied with the above information as a defense to disavow giving me back my $497. I cannot afford to pay that for something I have nothing for to use.
Its scammy, really criminal to steal from people and manipulate a system to look illegit to favor themselves!

Unfortunately, we have tried on many many many occasions to clarify this customers purchase, but we both cannot get in touch with her, and in the two times we were, she had created dialogue and expectations that have never transpired. However, all of our calls are recorded and emails tracked, so we fortunately have been able to support what has really transpired, and have attempted to clarify with her the information in regard to her account, but have been told that she does not accept our message, and does not read our emails.

The customers content was delivered, opened, and accessed, and her password updated. As she seemed confused to her purchase when she first called the home of the company owner without even attempting to contact customer service or the office, and left a message stating she was waiting for a personal coaching call to get her started and walk her through the course, we attempted to contact her to clarify, as we do not offer one on one coaching nor do we call customers about their self led course to walk them through it. And we do offer a coaching group through *** but this also was not an offer she had ordered. Though we were not able to get in contact with her via phone, we did send multiple emails to clarify her purchase and her access, but did not receive a reply.

Though she would not answer any of our contact attempts, when she attempted a chargeback stating she did not receive her courses, we tried again to contact her without success, and instead submitted the support to her bank showing her purchase and the concrete documentation of her accessing the course, and the case was dropped. After losing the charge back attempt, she filed another, and we reached out to her again, this time after multiple calls back to back, she finally answered, and in the recorded call, as the agent tries to explain to her she had logged into the course months back soon after she purchased, and had updated her password, she became angry yelling that she had not, and hung up on the agent (then it seems created this story where the agent stated they were going to manifest a login, and she pleading with them why .... this not only did not transpire, but the call is recorded and would gladly be shared). After she hung up on the agent, the agent tried again emailing her the same message and providing again the logins for her course. We then submitted the support to her card company again, and the case was dropped again.

Soon after the second case was dropped, she filed a 3rd chargeback again with the same claim. By this time we had gone above and beyond to try to help this customer in clarifying her course and how to access it but it was evident she was completely disconnected from being able to communicate effectively, so we chose not to submit anything to the credit card company the 3rd time and instead removed her access to the courses and closed the loop.

Months later she has reached out, was on a long call with the agent again not able to hear what the agent was trying to explain and demanding a refund on the course she had already filed the chargebacks on or wanting access to the material. The agent attempted to explain that we do not have the funds to refund because she filed a chargeback and could not provide access to a course she no longer owns. She does state that the bank gave back the funds (giving us a first name at *** and telling us to call their 1-800 number to figure it out), and we have offered that should she provide us with a letter from the bank stating they did return the finds from the 3rd chargeback attempt (which we do not have record of), we would gladly provide the content access.

Please see also the attached message sent to the customer, with all of the outlines dates and communications as well as screenshots, to what actually transpired.

I purchased this program in July. I was aware that there was a 30 day price guarantee. I am not computer literate, and this program was impossible to meet their requirements to be able to qualify for the price guarantee. I did attempt to meet these qualifications, but was told they did not meet what I needed to do. After having someone explain what I need to go over to be able to get my refund, and having to try how to grasp this, I still was unable to comprehend exactly what they needed. It was virtually impossible for me. I haven't taken any steps since then because this was too disturbing for me. But now, I feel that I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of.

We are always happy to refund if a customer does not find success with their course, once it has been applied, by only providing us the copies of the ads they created with the course, and their attending one coaching call. However, as this customer did also agree at the time of her purchase to apply the course, and meet the refund requirements should she not find the course successful, the requirements should not have felt “impossible” as she was aware of them prior to buying. The problem in her attempting to provide the requirements though, was that she did not attempt the course, only the requirements, which are simply the results of the courses lessons. As our course requires little to no knowledge or *** or marketing on ***, the course is lined out in detail with step by step modules, created in the form of videos, where each step is explained and done through the video for a visual. At the time of purchase as well, there is an itinerary provided to make sure customers know exactly how to navigate their course in the most effective way.In addition to the self led course as well, we offer a group coaching option free, so students are able to have a place where they can ask questions, get support, or guidance, and can receive any help on the course or its application in which they may be struggling. This also includes the opportunity to twice a month submit their work and their ads for direct and personal review on membership group calls, to identify why their ads may not performing, or to identify ways to make their ads better.
In the 90 minute webinar provided before having the opportunity to purchase, the course is presented, shown exactly how it is provided, and examples are provided of its application from real students who have used the course. At that time it is also explained that the course will have an Actionable Refund Promise. That if a customer is unhappy with the results from the courses application, in the first 30 days, we are glad to refund the purchase, only requiring 5 items showing the course was applied. And because we do not consider "success" measurable by one individual, we do not have any stipulations as to what a customer feels is successful results. Therefore, the only requirements requested are those that show the course was used and applied with the lessons. We ask for screenshots of the ads created with the course, screenshots from the data page showing they were posted with directed traffic, and for the customer to participate in at a least one coaching call with their work if they do not feel it is performing. Beyond providing these items showing the course was used, that the effort was made before stating it does not work, we do not make any "judgment" on their content or its success. Only the black and white concrete support showing the course was used.
In this customers case however, there seemed to be a decision of a refund request from the beginning of the purchase, and that decision drove her communications and attempts at the refund request, but without using the course to either see if it would be successful, or to have the results of the course to provide on the refund requirements. Questions about how to get a refund, and a focus on completing those requirements only, rather than using the course to gain those requirements, began within only a couple days after purchase.
The customer also states here that she could not complete the requirements because it was “ impossible to meet their requirements” because she “not computer literate”, though there is not any need for having experience in what the course offers on how to market, since it walks customers through the application, though her reasoning for the refund to us began with stating it was because of a “recent diagnosis”.
After asking how to get a refund after only 4 days from the date of purchase, and starting her course at the refund policies rather than at her itinerary to start the course, the customer followed up with a refund request 4 days after the request on how to get the refund, stating at that time it was due to illness. This was 8 days from the date of purchase.
When the customer service team replied that the course would have to be applied and the terms met, this customer tried instead to contact the company owner personally, calling his home and emailing his personal email, stating there as well that she was “going through the motions to get the 30 days money back guarantee” and stating that her “mind couldn’t comprehend it” and that she “just couldn’t concentrate”.
The customer service team reached out again in response to her attempts to contact the company owner, explaining that we would have to have the course applied and the terms met, and reminding her as well of the Inner Circle coaching she could use for help where she might be struggling.
After not hearing back from the customer in response to the customer service team trying to contact her in response to her messages, they did cancel the recurring membership to avoid future charges, and closed the communications. The customer then did submit the refund request form to provide the requirements on August 1st, but in the submission, did not provide the requirements. Those items included were a couple posts she had made that would not have been at all related to the courses lessons or formulas on creating an ad, and rather were two one sentence social media posts, and this was all. The team did reach out once more highlighting what was missing. And the at that time the customer did not provide those requirements needed and the team closed the communications once more.
This customers also still has full access to her course and all its content to use at any time to market her business.

I am rejecting this response because: They have made it impossible to cancel. I attempted to learn this, and sent what I felt based on what I understood the information they needed to submit to get my refund. I also attempted to get on their inner circle call, and was disconnected twice on 7/18 due to tech problems. Again, this is a scam. They stress the 30 day money back guarantee when you sign up, but make it IMPOSSIBLE to give them what they need to get it. Yes, I tried to cancel at the beginning due to personal reasons, and knowing that it was impossible to learn this the way it is. It is very confusing. I am sure they don't give any refunds. I feel they owe me a refund.

We are always happy to refund if a customer does not find success with their course, once it has been applied, by only providing us the copies of the ads they created with the course, and their attending one coaching call. However, as this customer did also agree at the time of her purchase to apply the course, and meet the refund requirements should she not find the course successful, the requirements should not have felt “impossible” as she was aware of them prior to buying. The problem in her attempting to provide the requirements though, was that she did not attempt the course, only the requirements, which are simply the results of the courses lessons. I am rejecting this response because:I continued to try to understand this program, and attempted to make it work, but it was impossible. I also attempted to send them the information they needed (or what I understood) to be able to get my money back, but they said it was unacceptable. I didn't understand what they needed. I can't imagine other people are able to get them this information in order to get a refund., that would be acceptable. The "INNER CIRCLE TRAINING" was ridiculous. I have proof in messages that the call was disconnected twice due to technical issues. In the short time I was on the "training" call, all it was, was a person on there talking about their ads etc. Everything about this is shady, from the amount of people he has on his calls to get people to sign up, to knowing it is impossible to receive a refund. In addition, I think his website is a scam with the testimonials from "happy" customers. I feel I am entitled to a refund.

Hello I want to give my own review for the course Tyson has made so yes it is time consuming and very hard to try doing every thing as soon as possible lets not forget if your laptop stops working or your internet stops working so you end up missing a few days before you are able to get done watching half of the videos and if you do not have a *** account you need to get one ASAP but that could take days or even months and if you are banned from using *** after getting the course then you are done for but if you have a *** account and a laptop that works then you good to go with the course Tyson has made its a great course with lots of great info like how to make a website blog and how to make a *** ad that works also there is so much more to learn in his courses its a great investment for those who are in need of lots of help with *** and advertising also you have to do the work or you won't get anywhere so just don't give up!

I purchased Success with Tyson's Attract 100 Leads in 30 days recently - and I'm already astounded by the level of thought, care, and effort put into this training. Tyson has formatted it down to RIDICULOUS detail (a nod to his history in Education) and from the moment I got started I've never wondered what is exactly expected of me to get results in my Home Business.
I decided to buy for exactly the reason that I landed in his webinar - his advertising style was compelling, he leads with so much value and he gives you expectations upfront. It's exactly the way that I want to learn how to do PAID marketing and not waste any more time on organic strategies or setting up ads that don't work or convert.
The training is so amazing that I finally got around to setting up the website I had been putting off for MONTHS thanks to a bonus that I was offered in his 7-minute website course. No one has to blaze through the course if they don't want to - but I do. I'm serious about getting real leads in my business by developing skills that work for me in my sleep when I put up smart money. If you wanna learn organic strategies then it's definitely in this course as well but in my opinion - you shouldn't be investing in training from someone like Tyson unless you're finally ready to start continually investing in REAL advertising strategies for the growth of your business.

Hey Tyson,
I have been an inner circle member for a few months now, and have found it to be quite valuable. Now, with my job search, and later on, with my current job, I haven't found the time yet to apply the things that you teach. But even without that, I have got a completely different perspective on marketing and selling now, than I had before the course.
With my job situation stabilizing, I hope to start applying the methods you teach, into a business that I hope I can move forward on quickly. Especially, the buyer awareness scale was an eye opener for me. Since the service I offer is low on the buyer awareness scale, I now KNOW that that talking about it directly in my ad is simply not going to work. I now have a three step formula that clients need to take, before they get on the phone with me. I also expect that clients who do take the three steps are well qualified clients who should have a higher chance of conversion.
The video on how to craft a good offer is also quite useful (in the section 'What to do if my leads don't convert'). Loading up on the value, on creating an urgency of buying, making it easy for clients to sign up, and reducing the risk for the client making immense sense.
Great material for a wannabe marketer. Keep the good things coming.
