Wow! I am a board member at [redacted] beautiful place to liveUnfortunately we had a roof leak and we had water damage inside the condoWe have called repeatedly but to no availManagers are out of town or not availableOne would think that if the roof is leaking and there is damage fix it so that downstairs neighbor is not affectedToo late she is affectedAccounting practices? What next?!

I went to a Board meeting back in JUne.to voice a concern about the paint JOb>And I was ignored by Jared [redacted] the manager at that timeHe never informend the company about the complantto this day it goes unresolvedthis company has has very bad business dealingsAnd most everone says he (is)was rude on the phone including myselfAt the meeting's he just said he did not mean tobut everybody that comes to the meeting complan's about that

Z and R manages my property in Parker Colorado The individual property manager is not responsive to my complaint The light above my garage has been out on numerous occasions The garage was vandalized during one outage and it's very dark when I leave in the morning/return in the evening The light is currently out (again); I notified the manager last weekthe manager has NOT responded

Canterbury Townhomes via Z & R Property Management took care of the issues and concerns at my propertyAt first, I read some negative reviews online, it was a good thing that I did not listen and gave [redacted] a call and she sent contractors over Afterwards, [redacted] came out to my property and checked in with me, personally You can't always believe what you read online Canterbury Townhomes and Z & R Property Management are staffed with caring and professional individuals who take care of their property issues Thank you for A+ service!

Very rude on the phone......Lady on the phone insisted what I told her was not true......As if she knows exactly what I was told......She was not there, so she has no idea......They need to remember they work for the people that own the property that they manage......Will be talking to my HOA about finding a new management company

I am a owner in Wild Point Ranch in Elizabeth Colorado, I have contacted Zand R several times asking what exactly they do and I have never been given an answer*** *has gone as far as refusing to answer direct questions in regards to what we give them 7000.00-dollars each yearI have never contacted them for any service and I have never used their service for anythingour ditches are not mowed and they pass the garbage collection fees on to the home owners and they pay nothing, there is no daily function that justifies their expenseI feel if they are worth the money they should be able list what exactly they do everyday for me and what they have done in the last year to justify the moneyWe were recently given a budget for the next year and we have a budget surplus of thousands of dollars and they are not even thinking about returning that surplus to the OWNWERSWHAT DO YOU DO FOR *E???

Z&R is the management company for the complex where I own a rentalOver the past coupe years, I have had a few instances where I needed answers or helpDarren at Z&R was outstanding in response time and getting answers/taking action when necessaryHe was personable and when I needed to visit the office, made himself (or staff) available to helpOver the years, I have worked with a number of property management firms and Z&R is one of the bestI have enjoyed working with themThank youGlenn

As current President of *** let me say that this company is not worth paying a dime to They took on this community in April of this year and the overall experience told to me from the residents was terrible HOA's need to think long and hard about property mgmt firms as they usually talk a lot and do very little walking

Despite their prompt responses to my emails, Z and R Management has grossly miss managed my current HOAThere is absolutely no transparency on how our money is spent

Z&R is completely unresponsive to home owners it is paid to serviceThey collect money and provide little in returnStonewater under their supervision is run down, causing home prices to dropDog poop everywhere, common areas turned to weeds, snow removal by owners doesn't exist since the management company Z&R does not do anything

Z&R Property Management, which manages the *** HOA is horrible! Their customer service is severely lacking In process of selling our home, they issued a letter to the title company which specifically stated that our monthly assessment was in arrears several thousand dollars This, of course, caused a pile of issues with the title company and my lender The real issue was that an SLA was assessed due to excessive property damage caused by a hail storm Nowhere in the letter did it indicate that this outstanding fee was a result of this and that it was outstanding but not overdue (the balance wasn't due for another days and was waiting on payment from Insurance!)
This is just one of many bad experiences with this company, including but not limited to: poor to non-existent communication with owners, lack of response to issues when presented to the company, and unknowledgable personnel interfacing with the customers
