Review: I recently downloaded an app named metal storm online. Great game but when I tried to make what should have been a simple purchase of 270 coins I got an error message. I contacted z2live via email but they were of no help. I was told to contact [redacted] said that everything on their part was fine and that there should be no reason why I couldn't make a purchase. So contacted Z2live again and told them what [redacted] told me and they still were not able to resolve this issue I'm having. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with Z2live. I would strongly discourage my friends and family to download anything from Z2live I'm very unhappy Desired Settlement: 500 blue coins

I apologize if your experience with our Customer Relations team has been less than satisfactory. I've reviewed your support ticket history and found the situation you are referring to in your complaint to the Revdex.com.
On Aug 19th, you received 220 Blue Coins from our support team after you submitted a support ticket indicating that you were not properly credited for a purchase.
On Aug 22nd, you submitted a support ticket indicating that you were not properly credited for your purchase again. This time you were not able to provide a receipt and our agent suggested that you contact [redacted] for resolution as we had no way to verify your purchase.
On September 5th, you submitted another support ticket again, indicating [redacted] was unable to assist you with your Blue Coin purchase. In an attempt to resolve your issue our agent asked for a screenshot of the error message you received.
After this, it appears that there were several additional support tickets sent in for the same issue. I believe this lead to some confusion about the status of your case. In reviewing the email conversations between you and our agents I can see where additional purchasing problems were addressed and resolved but it appears this case may have got lost in the process.
As a result I have credited you with the original purchase of 270 Blue Coins plus an additional 10%.
Reviewing your support ticket history, it appears that all other issues have been resolved to your satisfaction. If this is not the case, please let me know personally and I will be more than happy to ensure your case is resolved. My email address is [redacted]@z2.com.
