I believe this company, Zamour Cosmetics, uses a misleading ad to lure unsuspecting people
I responded to their small ad to try their Luxury Anti-Aging Beauty Matrix just for the cost of S&H This ad still persists on their website
The product arrived (15ml) and my account was charged 7.53CAD for S&H Happy, so far
I then received an oddly vague e-mail thanking me and hoping I would continue to use their product Because of the curious nature of the e-mail, I noted at the bottom in small as well as faint print the following: "Your trial period is about to expire If you do not cancel, you will be charged and continue in our monthly subscription program."
I immediately phoned the number and spoke to Kathie who advised me that I am being billed $134.41CAD for the next shipment I advised her that I had not signed nor agreed to any further shipments and to cancel any shipment as well as any charges
I promptly received an e-mail stating "You will not receive any fut

I ordered a "trial sample" of a product they have and they then charged me the full price of the productI called them to see why they charged me that amount The lady told me that she "understood" and that they would give me a discount, first 25% then 50%I insisted that I could send the product back if I got my refund and she continued to try and give me part of the money back She then told me to send the product back and then they would give me 50% of the refund, since I used part of it I told her I needed to speak to a supervisor and she said they didn't have anyone available She continued to give me the run around and then she said she could get a supervisor and asked me to holdShe then hung up on me
My wife also ordered the trial, she was not aware that she was signing up for a "subscription" She tried the product and was OK with the results however a month later Z'Amour drafted two separate charges, one for $ and a second for $ She called and cancelled the subscription that same day No products were shipped so we did not even receive the second set of products The representative said they could only refund $of the total $that was paid to them There is no way this should even be legal and it certainly is not an ethical practice I wish they could have been upfront with the "subscription" information We would have never agreed to pay this much for any product and then to not provide a full refund for products that were never shipped
