This company does a great job painting, but the owner has a bad attitude He also takes no responsibility for damages incurred while in the process of doing business As he stated to me - He is insured with a high deductible, which translates to him being reluctant to pay to fix issues, since it would come out of his pocket He power washed our house prior to painting and the forced water went into the outdoor covered electrical outlets causing a problem in our GFCI protecting the outside of the house and garage, including our hot water, internet and water softner The only remedy was to have an electrician come after hours to replace, which cost us money His argument was that he would have replaced it for a lot less, however he also says he was not responsible for causing the power outage The electrician wrote that the problem was caused by the power washing We never received an apology, and we offered to meet him half way in paying for the damage, which he ignored He told us to see if the HOA would cover it, but they are not the business owner, and should not be compelled to pay for his mistakes For about $and an apology he would have had a much happier customer, who would be writing a better review
