This was the most AWFUL experience I've ever had with any kind of vendorI wish I would've done more researchIt's undeniable that Zach has talent but he was immensely unprofessionalHe responded in the beginning and was awesome the day of the wedding but as soon as he got his final payment, that all changedTwo months after the wedding I finally started to try and contact him (because that's what the contract states), I tried Facebook, Instagram, textingnothing and if he did respond it was with the most hateful commentAfter dealing with that for a few weeks, I hired an attorney because all I wanted was my pictures and he wouldn't even respond to me and he blocked me on all social mediaI quickly found out that he has two lawsuits against him right now from brides that have been trying for OVER A YEAR to get their pictures that they paid thousands of dollars for! I was lucky enough to finally get my pictures but it seems most aren't that luckyThe level of unprofessionalism should be enough to put him out of business and the lawsuits and failure to show up to court should be enough to put him in jailHe not only takes your money and your pride, he takes your once in a lifetime memoriessomething you can't get back or just do overThere are plenty of amazing photographers out there that are just as good, if not better, than himDo yourself a favor and DO NOT USE ZACH [redacted] PHOTOGRAPHY!! It will be the BEST decision you've ever made!

I am here to inform everyone of our horrible experience with Zach [redacted] and the unprofessional-ism that has been shownWe booked him November 6, for engagements, bridals, and wedding photosOur engagements were taken and returned promptly, within two-three weeksThe experience was so great that we were convinced that the negative reviews we read were falseThen the bridals took placeHe was rude when I was not prepared with certain things for the shoot, even though we never talked about it before the day of the shootHe even took it as far as to imply that my choice of bouquet wouldn't workIn other words, it was uglyRegardless, we had to reschedule the shoot and the photos were, again, returned promptlyOne week before our wedding, Zach messaged me to ask if we had reserved him a hotel room for after the weddingI told him we hadn't because he never specified that he needed one, and it even states on the contract under the hotel clause that one would not be needed as he wrote "N/A" under itRegardless, we paid for one last minuteWhen our wedding day arrived, Zach was on time and got to workBut, it didn't take long before rude comments were made to my bridesmaids and my husband's groomsmenI wanted the experience to run smooth, so I let it slideAfter the wedding, he was paid in full and our photos were promised in 6-weeks, as our contract statedHe asked me to check in and "remind him" periodicallyHe continued to state, "this weekend", "hours", "tonight", but weeks later and we had yet to have all of our photosOn October 12th, he decided to upload photos from before the ceremony, and he promised there were 1,photos total and they would all be uploaded, yet only appearedEventually, messages began to be ignoredFrom text messages, to Facebook messages (both personal page and business), to Instagram...all ignoredHis excuse being that he doesn't check his messages that oftenAlthough, he posted on all sites constantlySo, I decided to reach out to other brides to see if they were having the same issuesOf the ten brides I reached out to, eight replied and said they had the exact same issuesAt that point, We didn't even care if the photos were edited, we simply wanted themThey had been paid for, plus some, and yet we had nothing to show for itWe had to even consult an attorney, but found out he already had several cases against him pendingHe had breached contract, yet had no remorse for doing soI've never met a more sociopathic, pathological liar in my life I posted this review on my FB page and he began to make threats to us stating how trashy we were and that we would never get our photos, blah blah blahWe told him we had hired a lawyer and they would be receiving all of our interactions, including his threatsShortly after, he uploaded the rest of the photosWe waited a total of months, rather than weeks as we were promised and the contract stated I share our story to ensure that no other brides have this issue with himHe needs to learn to be professional in order to keep businessHe was horrible to work withOur wedding was so special, yet he found a way to ruin itDO NOT HIRE HIM!

Photographer cancelled day of scheduled photo shoot Paid in full in advance Photographer agreed would refund full $300, but has not done so
In January 2018, contacted Zach *** Photography by Facebook messenger to request a photo shoot date for my daughter's senior pictures Paid $deposit electronically via invoice through Square on 1/19/2018, which Zach said was required in order to reserve a date We agreed on 4/8/for the photo shootWith two proms and graduation expenses quickly approaching, I decided to pay the remaining full balance of $on 3/19/ On the schedule date, 4/8/2018, I received a Facebook message from Zach *** stating that he had been in a car wreck the previous day and needed to cancel I requested a full refund of the $300, and Zach agreed to send the refund by cashier's check or money order by mail It has been almost exactly one month, and I have been unable to reach Zach and have not yet received any form of refund

Zach is unreliable, unprofessional and downright rudeHe does not meet deadlines, and if you attempt to contact him you will receive either a feeble excuse, a rude response or he will just completely ignore you

My husband and I hired *** Weber for his services as a professional photographer for our wedding on June 4, Our contract that we signed stated we would pay $($up front and $on the day of the wedding) for engagement, bridal and all wedding photos with gas mileage to *** Weber The contract also stated that he would have our photos in full to us by 6-weeks after the wedding We only received half of our wedding photos months after the wedding after multiple attempts to contact him via phone and facebook and have yet to receive the remaining photos over a year later He now completely ignores any attempts by my husband and I to retrieve the rest of our photos and has blocked me from social media

I wish I could give zero starsZach shot a friend's wedding and the pictures were incredible (although I know she had a very hard time getting them from him)I hired Zach to take our family picturesHe was responsive and eager in the beginning, but then he no-showed our appointmentThis was the beginning of ***I requested a refund immediately and kindly said I did not wish to rescheduleHe said he understood and that it was "on the way"It has now been days since he failed to deliver the services he was contracted for and I have no refundHe is a thief and a liarHe became very rude when I started checking in regularly reminding him to send itNow I am taking him to small claims court to try and get my money backIt's a waste of my time, but I hope no other bride or client falls prey to his dishonesty
