I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint? Basically they stated that my
hairdresser didn't process the hair correct? I did NOT at any time state that they were selling fake hair? I stated to her that the item that I bought could/might be fakeI gave her a picture of the bleach and the volume? My hairdresser is very competent and has been doing hair for MANY years? The wording in their response needs to reflect this...otherwise, I will keep this complaint open.?
