I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We recently received the complaint paperwork submitted by *** ***. We will be sending them a refund of $(ck # ***) for the pair of the floor. I will be sending it out today via Certified mail to make sure that he receives itReceiving the complaint paperwork came as a
shock to me as I am the one who answers the business phone, mail, emails, texts etc. When looking back through our emails (which have always been done between *** *** and myself) the last email I received from *** was 10/4/16. We have a new business phone (same number- new cell phone) and the texts messages go back to 11/10/and there are no text messages from The *** on the business phone. When looking through the emails from *** *** there was never a mention of the issues *** talks ofSo, after reading through and checking all of this I asked Don (my husband and owner) to go through his personal cell phone messages and see if there was anything from ***. We do not generally give customers Dons personal number as he uses this for his personal use....BUT occasionally when on a job site the customer may need to speak to him or vice-versa about ongoing work and then he uses it. When looking back Don found a text message dates 1/21/from *** ***......The message read " Hi Don, Let me know when you have time to review/replace the lower stair bottom tread and fix lower landing of upper stairThanks *** ***" .....When talking about the message Don does remember getting the text and remembers being somewhere at that time and unable to respond right then and thinking he would do it later.. He is at fault for not responding!! But, this is why Don does not like to use his personal cell phone for business. The text on 1/was not Don ignoring him....he was busy at that time (whether it was with family or driving) and forgotHad The ***s reached out to us/me through the business phone, text, email etcI, (Dons wife, receptionist, office manager) could have known about this and responded and/or gotten Don over there. *** *** always contacted me through the business methods and Im not sure why she or *** did not do this after not hearing from Don. We do our very best to have great customer service and address any issues that come up right away (or within a short amount of time). We wish we had been given the chance through another call/email etc and to make this right before receiving a complaint through the Revdex.comWe hope the ***s were able to have the minor repairs taken care of and enjoy the rest of the beautiful work Don and Zack of all Trades did to their home. Mr *** mentions he was going through cancer surgery this past summer and we wish him the best. Sincerely, Christine Z
