Three years ago I purchased a television, sound system and DVD player from Sherman's in PeruI was satisfied with the price and delivery serviceThree years later there was a problem with the TV shutting itself off periodically while we were watching cable channels and DVD moviesKnowing the television was out of warrantee I disconnected the TV and took it to Sherman's in Peru for serviceI was informed Sherman's no longer preforms out-of-warrantee repairsCustomers are referred to the manufacturer for service recommendationI contacted the manufacturer and was referred to a local repair serviceI don't have a complaint with Sherman's, I just feel it's important for a customer to know after the warrantee have expired, Sherman's is no longer a viable service option for your purchaseYour option is to buy the extended service plan
My wife and I closed on our home on Friday July 29, on Saturday July Sherman's delivered our appliances and damaged the floor
On Friday July my wife and I closed on our home, on Saturday July Sherman's delivered appliancesDuring the delivery of the refrigerator our hardwood floor was damagedMy wife called Shermans customer service while the delivery employees were still in our home, customer service said they would call the delivery drivers and ask them to take pictures as they were still in our homeOn Monday August Sherman's sent out delivery managers to take more pictures of the damage to see if they would cover itWhile in our home the employees said the damage was caused by our refrigerator as it was sitting directly in front of the refrigerator, however they went back to the store and said they did not cause the damageOn August they sent out their furniture manager *** * to look at the floor to which he also said the damage was caused by the refrigera
Alan and his helper delivered a refrigerator and box springs and mattress to me.I live in a split foyer and they had to go out of their way to get the new one up the stairs and the old one down, they were very good workers and were a joy to talk to.They went out of their way to make sure every thing was taken care of.I will be back next time I need any appliances or furniture

We purchased a washer & dryer & it was installed on 6/25/We have called customer service & they have sent out someone on 7-8-16, 8/30/16,9/8/16, 9/14/Each time they tell us it repaired & it IS notWhen it washes on the final spin it leaks water over the floorI think that maybe the floor tile will have to be replaced

Bosch double ovens installed with bare wiring showing, this is not correct code in Peoria Sherman's stated that they were not installed to code We have had the wiring corrected at our expense Page of the Bosch user manual states our one year warranty is now invalid We have called Bosch and the warranty is invalid We have asked Sherman's if they will honor a one year warranty A warranty they cheated us out of No call, week after week
Sherman's refunded our installation at an amount lower than our invoice shows We have asked why the dollar difference No call, week after week
We have asked the salesperson to call us back No call or any explanation as to how we can resolve this issue
