In regards to Mrs [redacted] complaint, she did book at the last minute on 10/17/for 10/20/However I was closing the house for the seasonUpon her request I let her book for the weekend and kept everything on for herI am a very caring and compassionate personI just felt that if there was an emergency at 3:am on the 20th, why did she wait till 6:pm on the 20th to cancel and just wanted a refundCheck in started at pmI truely feel I could of been notified earlier of the situation! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Please find attached the e-mail I sent Ms. Denis regarding my mother's emergency. At no point did I demand a full refund only, I specifically asked about a raincheck as you can see clearly in my attached e-mail correspondence. Had the hospital Provider been able to tell me earlier in the day that they would be keeping my mother overnight or had the Provider been able to know how her blood work that late afternoon would have come back, I would have notified Ms. Zahia as soon as I had information. Given the fact that I didn't know the hospital would be keeping my mother overnight until approximately 5:00-5:15pm that evening, I was unable to give more notice. For that, I apologize however, given the fact that Ms. Denis has now lied twice, I am requesting a full refund. Thank you.
