I have submitted a sample of attic insulation to this organization to determine if it is the vermiculite insulation that qualifies for a rebate once it is removedIn the process of selling my house in Cleveland Heights I had attic insulation material removed by Team Environmental Services a licensed contractorMy house sold at the end of August and the required vermiculite sample was submitted prior to closingI have made several efforts to contact the ZAI trust over the last monthsAt first I was told that my claim and the sample could not be found and I contacted the contractor to confirm that indeed the sample had been submitted When I contacted the trust again I was told that the claim and the sample had been found and that I would hear in around two weeksI heard nothing and after about three weeks I started calling backI have called several times in last few months and left messages and also emailed themI have attempted to check the status of my claim on the website
