Review: I have been one of many unfortunate Hurricane Sandy Victimes that lost my home. I lost my entire home with boiler and contacted [redacted] for the insall of a new boiler system and for a relocation of sewer main from the back of my house to be connected to the main sewer line in the front of my house. After installing a new boiler to my home he then had the outside area excavated by machine to tie into the main sewer line in the front of my home as stated in his contract sent to me via email. Approximately 150 feet of 6 inch SDR piping with cleanouts. Pitch to be 1/8 inch per foot. However when I tested the water I noticed that the water was not pitched correctly causing back up of water and sewage back into my home.He then said that theres nothing wrong. I have called [redacted] numerous times this entire year and he has either not returned my calls or hung up on me. He has also cursed me out and pretended not to know me at times and then at times has told me that its my problem. I just wanted this issue to be fixed as soon as possible bc I am moving back into my home but until this is fixed I can not function the hgome the way it is supposed to.Desired Settlement: For this problem with my sewer line to be fixed before it causes more damages to my home.
