I was assigned by Home Warranty Insurance which is with [redacted] to this consumer's home to make a diagnostic evaluation There is a $deductible that must be paid per terms of her warranty When I arrived there, she asked me to tell warranty people that she needed a new washer However, I do not conduct business like that I will inspect and if the machine can be fixed on the spot, we will do so If not, we will order the parts to fix the machine She had major issues: washing machine was leaking water and machine was overfilling I installed a water inlet valve The drain hose had a crack and I needed to replace the hose which I needed to order I told her I was going to contact her insurance and make sure correct hose was ordered A week later, the hose arrived I tried times to make an appointment When we set the date, I had run into a conflict and called her that morning to let her know that I could not make it and to reschedule the date She said she would call me back When she called me back, she told me that she wanted her $back She did not need any more I am not going to return the $which was paid The $is for the deductible which is per the terms of the warranty Also, we did service her machine and put on a new part and ordered another new hose for the machine which still needs to be installed

washer. However, I do not conduct business like that. I will inspect and if the machine can be fixed on the spot, we will do so. If not, we will order the parts to fix the machine. She had 2 major issues: washing machine was leaking water and machine was overfilling. I installed a water inlet valve. The drain hose had a crack and I needed to replace the hose which I needed to order. I told her I was going to contact her insurance and make sure correct hose was ordered. A week later, the hose arrived. I tried 3 times to make an appointment. When we set the date, I had run into a conflict and called her that morning to let her know that I could not make it and to reschedule the date. She said she would call me back. When she called me back, she told me that she wanted her $100 back. She did not need any more. I am not going to return the $100 which was paid. The $100 is for the deductible which is per the terms of the warranty. Also, we did service her machine and put on a new part and ordered another new hose for the machine which still needs to be installed.
