Bought an item that cane damaged, they do returns but we must pay the shipping
My order was but shipping was
It's on me to pay return shipping fees and new fees to reorder with the credit
They state this;
"As per our return policy, if customer receives and doesn't like the item, he or she can return it back to us, however return shipping fee is on the customerThat's what our staff talked over the phone, as he may not quite understood the situation here."
