Our Customer *** ** *** placed an order with us on 7/**Our Business is closed Friday-Monday for weekends so first thing Monday morning 7/** we had gone ahead and shipped the
order
On 7/** Our Customer *** had opened a item not received claim in the *** Resolution CenterHe then closed the claim and sent us a email through *** messaging stating: "I wanted to resolve this matter with you instead of opening a new *** case"
We have responded to his email and have tried working with him to no avail, he would not work with us and just left a negative feedback stating we are a bad seller and that he did not receive it
Tracking shows the package was delivered on 7/**Tracking can only show delivered when the post man scans the item at the door as hes delivering it

He has confirmed that the address provided to us and to where it was shipped and delivered is correct:

We have asked him to open the none receipt claim with the post office, as hes stating NONE RECEIPT when the USPS claim to have delivered it, however he keeps insisting that he cannot as we are the shipper
Its a none receipt claim not a none delivery
We have taken the liberty to review his *** page and see that the last orders he placed with different *** sellers he states that he did not receive and they are bad sellersSee link below:

These three negative feedback's are besides a fourth negative feedback left for us that *** removed, as they sided with us
It seems as this is a repeating issue with *** ** *** claiming to not receive items and leaving negative feedback in order to extort money/free products from sellersThis seems to be a case of Fraud

Review: I have attempted to address this with the shipper (Zal-Digital) of the item I had bought from [redacted] which was New - Logitech K400 Wireless Keyboard with Built In Touch. They are not complying and do not care, although I have told them I would make a complaint. Obviously, they do not care about Customer support and the quality of their company.According to the shipping details, this item was "delivered", but NOT signed for. However I do not have this item. I have checked with my neighbors, and everywhere that the post man would leave mail or packages. I am the only one who gets the mail. I have asked the post man and they have not seen this package. I do not have this item that I have paid for.Desired Settlement: Refund
