We ordered from this location on 02/16/2020 for delivery at 7:00pm. We were supposed to have gotten our order at 8:00pm. I got a notification that my order was delayed to 8:10pm. 8:10pm comes and my order gets delayed to 8:20pm. 8:20pm comes and my family and I still do not have our order. I attempted to call the location to ask the current status of our order, and the lady that answered was extremely RUDE. She did not seemed concerned or didn't care in the slightest bit. She raised her voice at me and I cannot put into words how rude she was. She sounded frantic and all I asked is if she knew when my order would be completed. Her excuse was that the location was 'taking extra time to make out order'. My Uber driver has been outside this location since 7:50pm. I didn't receive my order until 9:10pm because it didn't leave the restaurant until 8:50pm... I looked on Google Reviews to see if any other customer has experienced this, and there were multiple reviews that had the same complaints. The most disappointing part about this is that the company replies to each of these with attitude.
