I was referred to this office for treatment by a co-worker however they have different insurance I brought my card into the office, had several procedures done, never was told they were out of network for my insurance company I received an additional invoice in the mail after I had paid all the fees quoted to me in the office I believe providers should require patients to sign paperwork stating they are aware their company is out of network
