WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ZALES!!! NOT FOR JUST ONE PURCHASE BUT TWO!!!

My first purchase was with my engagement/wedding ring that costs $8000.00 the diamonds kept falling off and the manager of the Arden mall store kept sending it to a local jeweler and they put a diamond in that doesn't match in size or quality with the other pave diamonds and added so much extra gold to the shank to hold the diamond in that it looks like a lazy weld job. Then they managed to dip the whole ring in white gold when the ring is partially 18k gold around the basket of the main yellow gold diamond. It took almost two years for them to finally give me a replacement ring and make it right.

This year my husband decided to buy me a necklace and spent $476.00 and some change on a diamond heart necklace on a online sale on 12/27/16 and it's shipped to be 2nd day air. Here it is 1/11/17, we still don't have it. We've called twice and both times we were told we would get a call back from a manager within 24-48 hours and it's been 72 hours still no call. I had to call my bank to file a dispute since I was charged for something I never received. Keep in mind, this was supposed to be my Christmas present...thanks for ruining it for me Zales!

Zales continues to drop the ball in customer service. It seems like as soon as they collect the money they turn their back on their customers and does not care about the quality of the product they sold or care to assist further. I've purchased jewelry from other companies such as Kay's and Shane Co and have never had such problems. I'd had to say this is my last straw.
