If Ms [redacted] would contact us we would be happy to discuss the situationWe yet to hear directly from herAs stated before we paid for the handle to be replacedWhen the handle arrived it was the wrong handle and was then reordered with the correct partThis has been made right in regards to the handleAt no point was there a discussion of having the vehicle inspectedThat is the right of any customer that purchases a vehicle to have doneThe inspection was not authorized nor needed to beUpon speaking to the manager, Jennifer in regards to the new battery being installedJennifer stated to have the mechanic check the terminals to make sure it was installed correctly when the vehicle was having the handle installedMs [redacted] , as she stated, was not told directly that she must have done something to the vehicle from Mr***That is being stated to her by the mechanicMs [redacted] did not ask where we obtained the vehicle fromIf so we would have gladly told her it was purchased from auction and inspected upon arrival at our locationUnfortunately Ms [redacted] has chosen to not communicate with Zalli Motors to resolve any issuesWith our privacy policy, which she signed, does not allow us to communicate regarding a settlement with any one besides Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] 's son is not the owner or manager at Zalli Motors therefore if he said something it is not directly from either of the two and cannot be used as a statement of fact

I personally feel like they do not want to deal with their costumersAlthough I tried contacting then multiple times they refuse to call me backOn just a check up on my car because it is making noises and the engine light is onI feel like they do not want to have to deal with me because they sold me a bad car

Zalli Motors is currently working with *** to find a resolution to this issueWe replaced the air strut at time of purchase for the customer. Which upon inspection (yesterday) of the vehicle, still worked and is fully functionalThe vehicle was sold "As Is"

Of Mr.*** said to take backcar in to have the handle put on and to call him so he can pay for itAnd the door handle was not the right one it was for the back doorAnd Jennifer said to have the mecanic check the car out to see why it will not startShe said maybe it has a short so I told *** Ford is Ase certified Technician has his own business *** *** *** *** *** *** ***So when he called Mr.*** about the car he told *** that I must have done something to the carMr.*** said he would call me back,I had to call him back it was hrs.later. Mr *** will not retune answer any of my callsI have now way of getting around have to fine a rides to workMr *** told me to buy a battery charger so I start my car all thtimeNow I have nothing no car or a way to go work soon I will have no jobif I'm lateI have been a nervous wreck now not knowing what to do anymore.Sorry I ever went to this car lotMr *** never said I could take the car to have it checked outI didn't even know he got them at auction he never said anything about it him or Jennifer. I just would like get my old car back Mr *** would tell my son to tell me that he would do it right cause he didn't want a bad repationPlease help me I have no money to buy another car

There has been no attempt to contact Zalli Motors made on Ms***'s partMs*** is not going to settle this without communicationWe will not discuss any situation with her son because of privacy policies. Unfortunately when her son attempted to contact Mr*** he was at auction and could not speak to him, as well as it was regarding a manner other than his mothers carHe at no point was hung up on *** if you wish to settle this you can call our office during business hours and we will be happy to discuss options with you

I called Mr *** today at 5:pm 12-05-and I asked him what are wite going to do on thhe carAnd he said nothing I told him that I had started it yesturday and it was started for whileHe I'm not going to do anything and hung upI was still talking to himHe I's rude but it I have to I will find a way but I wilI'll go out to his business and tell eveanybody what he sellsCan't believe he I's still in business yetI will have way of going to work now

I brought a 2012 chevy only 8k miles clean car fax no problems owner is very helpful, highly recommended

I personally feel like they do not want to deal with their costumers. Although I tried contacting then multiple times they refuse to call me back. On just a check up on my car because it is making noises and the engine light is on. I feel like they do not want to have to deal with me because they sold me a bad car.

The transmission blew after having the car for less than a month and a half before we even made the first payment, despite being told by both the owner and the company's mechanic that the car was in perfect working condition. When we tried to talk to the owner about it, he was incredibly rude and even verbally abusive. We have heard from several other people who have had similar experiences and the mechanic we took it to even said that this is the 6th time in the last month he's had a customer bring a car in from Zalli's with the same issues.

In regards to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, we were more than happy to rectify any know complaint. The known complaints from Ms. [redacted] was the handle on the driver’s side was not functioning and then a few days after purchase the car had...

problems with starting. We replaced the battery and the door handle in the vehicle. The mechanic called only once for payment on the handle replacement. Ms. [redacted] called the finance company to complain about the engine replacement, not Zalli Motors. At time Ms. [redacted] purchased the [redacted], the vehicle passed emissions and was fully functioning. Our vehicles are inspected upon our original purchase and oil is changed. The vehicle did not have engine problems to the best of our knowledge. Every vehicle is sold as is and if repairs are negotiated at time of sale they are documented in writing. Every customer has the right and ability to take the potential new purchase to a mechanic of their choice before signing any documents. I have attached documentation of emissions, door handle receipt, buyers guide and we owe form.

If Ms. [redacted] would contact us we would be happy to discuss the situation. We yet to hear directly from her. As stated before we paid for the handle to be replaced.
