Review: I am writing to report Zam realty management Co. LLC for mishandling business. I walked in to this realty company, back in February 2015, in an attempt to find an apartment to move in. I spoke to Maurizio who is the landlord for building [redacted]. I was offered apt. ** while which is what Maurizio called a junior 1 bedroom. I explained to Maurizio that the apartment was too small for me since I have a lot of furniture and It would not work for me, he suggested to take that this apartment while a larger one became available, I decided to go with this apartment but it needed to be repaired. By the end of the month of April, 2015, Maurizio informed me that Apt** and if It was a better fit for me I could take this apartment instead of ** since it was still getting repaired I still have not moved I decided to wait for Apt#** to be repaired then. I was given an estimated time of 3 weeks for the repairs to be made to this new apartment. I was constantly coming to see the progress of the residence and no work was being done until the [redacted] of May, 2015, I went 2 separate time to see the work being done and finally last Friday June [redacted] 2015 decided to do a final visit before I started to do the paperwork and finally sign the lease and when I knocked at the door of the apartment a young couple answered the door instead of the workers I have been seeing in there. They informed me that they live now in the apartment that I was supposed to move in and that Maurizio have done this type of move to them before with a different apartment back in April, the person living there advised me that if I have given him any money to try to get it back because he is a crook . I immediately called Maurizio and no reply or answer. I decided to walked in to the management office and finally spoke to Maurizio who acted like he didn't know what was going on and he told me he was going to find out what happened and call me back on Saturday, which he never did.Desired Settlement: I went back to the management office today and Maurizio gave me some lame excused that the couple was placed there due to an emergency relocation that there is nothing he can do. I told him I was going to report this issue and he said there was nothing to be reported but if there was he made himself responsible. Please help me find a solution to my current situation. I have all my stuff packed and ready to move and now the apartment I was supposed to move in is being occupied by someone else.
