As I told her I sent her check back to her address with a letter explaining that we would not be able to perform her projectThis was done with in a week of her giving me the check, the check was never cashed which she confirmed in her statementI could
only reason she received the check and letter because she never responded until a week ago.
I apologized twice for any inconvenience

First I don't go around canceling contract without just causeLet's just say it is in both our best interest and leave it at that

I am rejecting this response because: His statement that he apologized twice....IN A TEXT? and twice I asked you to callIf you mailed the check to the street address...you know full well it did not come to me as the mail is delivered to a PO BoxI don't have it yet...if it is undeliverable...it goes back to YOUAs of this moment...I have no idea WHY you could not do the job? I can 'only assume' you took a job for more money and left me hangingJust seemed like the thing to do? I want to know WHY you couldn't do the job and if you did it with in a week of the contract THAT WAS WEEKS AGO...why didn't you call me right away when I questioned which sink to buy? I would not have spent nearly $on a product that can not be returned...You waited days to send me a text...too late...you left me hanging and trying to find another 'somebody to do the job'I even expedited the delivery so YOU would have it on time....face it...you are just a greedy thoughtless person You give me a 'reason' why and we are done!
