Emailed for an estimate on a whole house remodel. Explained in detail what I wanted. Got a reply an was told he charges $800 for consultation/estimates. Told him I would pass because this is not common practice. No motivation to be competitive. Response was (I don't need to practice.) Smart-as remark for a professional contractor. Stay away from this guy. Gave 1 star because I can't give Zero stars.
