Review: Hired Zamboli on 11/**/15 to start and complete [redacted] repairs at my 90 year old uncle's home. Told once work started should take about 1 week to complete. total agreed price $3000.00 On 11/**/15 Pat Z[redacted] started work & I paid $1000.00, I then agreed to a $100.00 additional fee. On 12/*/15 Pat Z[redacted] left 2 laborers to break & remove portions of driveway, saying he'd pour cement on Saturday.I again paid Mr Z[redacted] $1000.00 with remaining $1100.00 to be paid upon completion of work Since then he has given numerous dates to pour cement, being a No Show, No Call each time. I last spoke to Mr. Z[redacted] 01/**/16 telling him weather temps would be in mid 40's for a couple of days to please complete the work, He said it may get cold at night, I told him I would take FULL responsibility, to please complete job. Again No Show, No Call. I called today and left message asking him to return call or I would take additional steps with you, L. I. Dispute Resolution etc. Still no return call. My uncle is due to be discharged from rehab facility on 01/**/16 and Medicaid requires him to be in his address for covered care, not my home. He can't walk and current conditions make getting into home diffuclt if not imposibleDesired Settlement: I need driveway repairs completed ASAP or give me a fair price for work already completed and refund so I can hire someone to finish work
