Ms. [redacted] was refunded $79.95 on February 2nd, and $169.90 on March 6th.  Unfortunately, due to a technical issue we have not been able to refund Order #[redacted] for $89.95 electronically. Ms. [redacted] has been refunded for that order...

via check for $89.95 that was mailed on March 3rd. The check can be tracked via [redacted] Post using the tracking number [redacted].  We remain available to Ms. [redacted] should she have any questions in the future.  Thank you,  Zamoura Skincare

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I received 2 emails stating I would get a refund for the November and December charges (I didn't even get the November shipment but checked my credit card and noted I was indeed charged).  I checked my credit card but DO NOT see the credits (not even pending).
