Zane Village Mobile Home Park

I am responding to a letter received at our business today, 11/7/16, reg***ing a mowing billWe put a "force mow" notice on our residents doors on Friday's stating that they have hours to get the grass mowed and trimmed, we give the residents until the following Monday to get the grass mowed
The maintenance staff is given the list of everyone in the park that was given a force mow on Friday, they go house to house and check the grass and if it's not mowed to PARK STAND***S then they are told to mowThey bring the list back to the property mgr and the charges are then entered onto the residents accountIn this case, we approached the maintenance man who was in charge of mowing that week and he very specifically remembered mowing the grass at this homeTherefore, the resident was charged for the work that was done and is required to pay as stated in Zane Village Park Rule book, Section IV number 7.
