I am responding to the complaint submitted by [redacted] Mr [redacted] put in his written day notice to vacate the property at Deerpath Rd that he leased from usApproximately the week before his notice was up he contacted me to let me know he was not able to be out of the home until around the 2nd or 3rd of the month and could we prorate him a couple of days and take it out of his deposit, in fact he insisted because he didn't want to be there and not pay for itI said yes that would be fine normally we would charge for the month due to the fact that we usually prelease our rentals for the 1st of the month but since I hadn't preleased it wasn't a big dealHe was charged for days and his final water charges which is what was deducted from his security deposit

until around the 2nd or 3rd of the month and could we prorate him a couple of days and take it out of his deposit, in fact he insisted because he didn't want to be there and not pay for it.
