DO NOT HIRE ZANES LAW TO REPRESENT YOU IN ANY PERSONAL INJURY CASE! I hired them earlier this year to represent me in a personal injury case My experience has been absolutely horrible and I am going to further lengths to hold them accountable for their lack of competency No status reports, no contact with staff, staff is very rude and unprofessional when you call, absolutely insane atmosphere! They asked ME to do THEIR job, like investigating, obtaining witness statements, etcwhen I was injured and unable to do so myself Have never heard from them since inception of my claim, such as status updates, turnover on my case was unreal and just until today I demanded a copy of my file and am going forward to seek alternate measures against them since they ruined my whole case Just looking out for my community, my advice is to not hire Zanes Law as you will have very poor representationSad but true Do not believe their TV advertisements

I was in an accident and after 6 months of wasting my time while I obtained all documentation they needed they decided our case wasn't good enough. Zanes law is very unprofessional and continuously puts money before their clients. Never again!

I found the office on Speedway to be very good about returning phone calls and keeping me updated. I did receive some money from my personal injury claim. However, like the previous customer complaint, I was asked to do some of my own work such as calling my insurance company numerous times, checking with doctors to see if bills had been paid, checking up on their notations and updating incorrect information of who I had seen and what I had paid, because I was told by the assistant to my assigned lawyer that "I don't do billing." What upset me about the situation was that I was persuaded to sign a lien with a chiropractic office that Zane's Law regularly uses. Due to signing the lien, I was asked to pay an additional $2,199.72 after they had already been paid in full from my insurance company. I was told that once the owner of the chiropractic office learned how much my settlement was he would not negotiate further how much money he wanted to collect from the lien. Please remember that my insurance had already paid the company the agreed upon amount and I deducted $400.00 for my copays from the additional amount. My major complaint is that the owner of the company is not a doctor. My personal information was given to him to allow him to determine how much I should pay him after he was fully paid by insurance. I am taking this to the Revdex.com, because I believe this in violation of the HIPPA law. However, the representative at Zane's Law insists that signing the lien with the chiropractor allowed the owner to know my personal information and use that information when making a decision as to how much my treatment should have cost.
