I want Revdex.com to view the video recording taken at this time of my visitVideo recordings tell the truthPlease request from manager and determine next steps. *** the rep was very rude and unprofessionalExample one: He asked me if I could contact the managerI used the office phone and got a busy toneWhen he told me he had canceled because my signature didn't match, I went to use the same phone and HE DISCONNECTED the phone preventing me to call the managerExample 2: I showed him my signatures are never the sameI showed himHe still insisted it was meExample 3: I told him I had previously stayed at this hotel without a problem, *** would not listen. Discrimination: Yes, I am an educated man and know the difference of when it is discrimination or not*** was threaten by my knowledge that he had done business wrong and when I recognized his fault, his way out was to cancel my reservation thinking I would just go away*** needs some customer service skills or training as he cannot treat loyal paying citizens in this manner. Threaten: No one became threaten in any mannerMeaning, I didn't say I was going to fire him or do harm to himI simply let him know that "He had done me wrong" by canceling and not allowing me to use the phone which he had offeredPlease view the video recordingsIf he or anyone has deleted or tampered with these, this business needs to be reported and investigatedI will go to the media on this.

On Sunday June 18th my car was damaged by Zap Lube and Car Wash in Newark 390 Washington Street, Zap Lube has failed to report their insurance to my insurance company and there was not a posting at the car wash at the time of the accident. The insurance adjuster handling my claim has left several messages to the General Office in Newark at 862-240-1096 x 102 and no one has returned her call. I would like for the Office Manager to return the phone call to the insurance company and report ZAP's insurance carrier so that this matter can get resolved.

Review: Called oil change I was told was 29.95. Went on line for coupon 22.95. Went there oil change price was 49.95.

False information over phone, false misleading coupon.Desired Settlement: They should be fined for misleading consumers.

Review: I had my 1998 Honda Passport get a full service on May 17, 2013, which entailed the changes of all the oils and cleaning the system. I was charged for this service 280.12 for the service. And then I was supposed to return for another oil change and basic check on August 15, 2013. Well to my surprise my car stald in the pouring rain on June 27, 2013 and the motor shut down and locked on me. Costing me a tow and diagnostic check the next morning at another garage. Only to find out that, when the car was serviced they never added new oil, the motor was completely empty. There is no way that a motor in less than a month used all the new oil. When I went to the Zap Lube location on June 28, 2013. The owner very condesendly told me that it was not possible for the car to not have motor oil, thata car cannot run without motor oil. So then I advied him to send some of his technicans with camera to verify that non of the seals were broken and that there were no leaks. If the car would of had a leak when I got to Zap Lube they would of told me (unless they did not care) but when they put the supposedly new oil it would of leaked too. ( they never told me that the car was leaking anything. Then when the technicans looked at the car the y found that none of the seals were broken and there were no leaks. So where did the oil go, nowhere they never changed the old oil they charged for the change and never did it. Now the owner is brushing me off and not showing face to resolve the issue. I am single mother and I need that car or get around and so does my son.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money of 280.12 and repair or replace my motor so that my car is usable again. Now we need to see what affects this will have on my transmission.

Response:

good morning

my name is [redacted] and I'm Zap Lube general manager.

we service the car at our union city location on 05/17/2013 the customer name according to our record is [redacted]

at the time of service the customer was standing next to the car and witness all services preform as stated on customer invoice.

the millage on the car at time of service was 126586, after the customer compliant we send two of our Tech to inspect the car the millage on it was 128482. the car was driven for 1896 mills. when we preform an oil change we open the drain plug to drain the oil replacing the oil filter putting the plug back in and filling the engine with oil. the drain plug and oil filter where tight and dry

with no leak from them . there is no way my tech did not put oil in the engine if this was the case the car won't drive for an hour .

there is no way the car was used for 40 days and 1896 mills without oil in the motor. this car like most car equipped with oil pressure switch that will turn on a warning light on the dashboard if the oil level is about quart short of what need to be in there in this case the have to be brought in for check up to find the reason for oil lost.

I fully understand the frustration of getting stuck with your car and the expanse involved in repair but this issue has nothing to do with the service that we performed on Mr. [redacted] car.

sincerely

Complaint[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The person that took the car to be service was my 18 year old son, [redacted]. Who was taken advantage of, he as no experience in car repair or even know what the services entailed. there technican sell there packages and told him that he needed those services. If there there was no leaks in the motor prior to the service and no leaks after the service and there was no smoking of the engine because I used the car and the engine never smoked. They simple did not do the service and charged for it, result in the motor using up whatever was left in there until it locked up. Motor oil does not simple disappear or evaporate...a motor that would of been burning oil would of smoked when they put in the new oil and would of leaked. Now, I am stuck with a car that won't run and I have to spend money to fix it, money that I can not afford. They're answer is simple it was not there problem. Every single thing has an explanation they have not been able to provide me with an explanation nor are they taking responsiblity for mismanagement, and fraud. If they replaced the motor oil as they state where did it go. They charged for services that they never performed.

Review: I took my car to zap car wash for a vip wash. When I was getting back in my ar I noticed my seat cover strap was ripped and the Velcro strap piece was missing. When the manager [redacted] came over to inspect the problem he called his employee over they spoke inspanish. He denied ripping seat cover, as she denied it she handed her boss the missing strap and they tried to staple it back on. I refused for this to take place I wanted seat cover replaced 34$ or my car wash refunded 32$. The manager said no to both and offered a free car wash and said that they did not damage my seat cover an are not responsible. I showed him the reciept of seat cover I purchased 4 days prior and that they were brand new. I'm very upset and want a refund for my car wash or a new seat cover. Let me clarify I had my oil changed also at this establishment prior to car wash I spent good money and expect good service and not be treated like a lier and disrespected by management and employeesDesired Settlement: I would like the car wash refunded, and a new seat cover.
