I am rejecting this response because:This Customer *** had his wife manage their projectThey both had a major communication gap regarding their project visionResponse- Our vision was to transfer exterior wiring into our home, not in our walls, not running down my walls in plan site Since customers wife was first point of contact and was present through entire install she managed all questions and directed both techs on what her vision wasResponse- She first directed techs to what she wanted, they were aware of what we wanted and assure my wife, the job would be done professionally, at no time was she directing and consulting the techs, toward the end she made a comment as to why all wires are running down the walls, his response was he is no interior decorator, and was rude to my wife, matter of fact she fed and provide the techs with a good home cooking lunch As promised when customer contacted Perfect HDTV over phone all wires from outside of home were relocated to attic of home and no visible cables and wires visible from outside of homeResponse- Yes wires are in the home, but all visible and unpleasing, matter of fact, they have wiring running on my roof loose, surly the wires are not concealed, and what if we have a stormy winter, should I call them in the middle of the night for repairs? Techs made customers wife aware of walls with fire block could not be wall fished and the alternate plan was to have cables come out of closet to desired location which they didResponse-Clearly the technicians have no proper training, as I consulted with a building inspector and contractor and this statement is untrue, matter of fact these technicians used electrical tape to connect wiring, professionals connect wires using proper connection methodsPerfect HDTV came unprepared, with no equipment to do this type of work; they had no ladder, or protective clothing as the lead tech/ owner/ president of company instructed his employee to go up the attic without proper equipmentMaybe we should advise other government agencyWhen finished and after 1/hours of work was completed customer *** came home and inspected workTechs noticed *** and his wife not agreeing on outcome of workResponse-This job should not have taken a professional company hours.Technician and I walked around the house, my biggest mistake was not to do a complete check of their work, as we thought we hired a professional team to complete a simple rewire That's when the communication gap was realized by techs that both customers had*** thought work would go one way and his wife directed work to go another wayResponse- No communication gap, job was not done as instructed, when questioned the lead tech was rude and shortThe next day *** of Perfect HDTV contacted *** and listened to his complaint and had a conference with both techs comparing pics that customer took and pics techs tookCustomer stated one pic showed a hairline crack in ceiling*** questioned this one pic to customer *** knowing it was from a spare bedroom ceilingWhen *** asked *** what room this pic with hairline crack was in he replied with master bedroomResponse-This statement is untrue, I have on record what was said, I sent over pictures to ***, her response was thank you for the (plethora of pictures sent), which room, my response was Master bedroom and other roomsOnce again we went to a reputable web site to locate a professional contractor- HomeAdvisor, did not think I had to play the (I got-u game) and from that statement this would mean Perfect HDTV was aware of damages to my homeThe plethora of pictures sent shows all the damage this Perfect HDTV company cause and now, not willing to repair That was a red flag because it was a spare bedroom and master bedroom has vaulted ceiling not capable of walking onWhen *** brought this to customer’s attention *** stopped responding to ***Response-Once again the (I got-u game), I clearly stopped communications with them, they're clearly not looking to take care of the matter 1-repair all damages, and 2- complete the job they were hired forThis was a clear case of ***'s dishonesty in trying to utilize pics to get free labor from techs that did a outstanding job but *** downplayed it with pics that didn't pertain to install and cracks the techs didn't createResponse- If I was dishonest I would not have paid them, as to down play with pictures, why would I send this company pictures, clearly they are not taking responsibly for their failure and poor workmanship and damages cause to my property, and as being dishonest, this is clearly an insultWhat ever happened pure customer service, I'm a United State Veteran, and a professional Branch Manager with a *** *** *** company, my wife years retired with *** living in a neighborhood with other professionalsAs to honesty- Lorenzo Beal poses as a technician, but my finding shows he is part owner or, president of company according to ***, also other sources show wife has ownership, 2- why would you ask me to write out a check to *** Simpson and not Perfect HDTV 3-Consumer Affairs has not license on file for Perfect HDTV to do this type of work, seems dishonesty should be on other end In all fairness avoid customers like this looking for a free hand outResponse- We paid with a check, not a credit card, they had no issues with the bank Sorry, doesn’t appear we were asking for a hand outPerfect HDTV is certified and licensed to conduct installs and relocations of this natureResponse-Please check with Consumer Affairs you are not licensed to this type of work The customer found Perfect HDTV on a lead referral site specializing in licensing, bonding, and certification and matches customers’ requests to companies that have the certification to conduct customers requested tasksCustomer is giving out bad misleading informationPlease clear this negative rating made by mistake from customerThank youResponse- Negative rating is just a start- No license to do this work, poor and subpar workPerfect HDTV should not be in businessPlease provide license, bond # and certificates

I am rejecting this response because:Out of the pictures customer *** sent in one pic stood out from the restWhen questioned customer on picture we knew the answer was spare bedroom but customer replied back with master bedroom where the hairline crack was which was impossible since ceiling was vaultedCustomer *** showed his dishonesty in his pictures and replyTo rectify the issue with customer *** we offered by email to go back out to fix any issues he has for the actual cost of his job for $but customer declinedAfter customer *** declined $offer we still went the extra mile over phone and agreed to come out to his home for basic service call rate of $but customer still declined service call and instead went and wrote a negative review on Home advisor against us.This is pure fabrication, my email to stated master bedroom and other rooms as well, as Perfect HDTV caused damage to my home, and permanent fixturesThis vendor want to charge me for the damages they causedOnce again they are admitting to the damages, but want to defectAlready have a quote for damage repairs During original install customers wife *** acted as foreman directing techs on what she wanted doneOnce her husband *** came home from work her attitude changed once her husband expressed concerned about what he thought was going to happenCustomer requested an additional discount totaling $175.Deflection- Discount was asked because they advertise they take *** and *** ***, but when presented they want to raise the price, I'm sure there's an agency I can speak to about their deceiving practice, and the additional discount was a military discountOnce again deflection for poor work, and an excuse not to pay for repairs, caused by Perfect HDTV. In the name of customer service Tech agreed to discount and customer *** himself signed invoice and initialed charges due which he paid by check and by signing he agreed job has been completed.Yes the tech pick up a phone and said it was working, and did a quick walk out side, did not make a complete check of his poor work, if I have notice the poor work, I would have never signed, and paid him for poor work. Customer *** check was deposited and never had a issue with a stop paymentDeposit went thru without issueThank you.Yes this was a sign of honesty, and by this vendor fighting us from day one, show this vendor is surely dishonest. As of yet still this vendor has not answered my basic questions.1- How they will repair all damages caused by your company2-Refund of all money paid, to hire another contractor to repair and replace 3-Show proof that your company has the license and is bonded to do this type of work,I made contact with Contractors State License Board, they stated this company dose not have a license filed with themThey recommendation was to contact California Public Utilities Commission, I am in the process of filing a complaint with them.I will also be filing a complaint with Consumers Affairs and OSHA
