Zappy Pizza

Review: I made my order for the following: 2 pepperoni pizzas withe extra cheese, and order of 20 wings mild, and cheese bread. The gentleman taking my order repeated it back to me exactly as I told him. I picked up and paid for my orders when I got to the register and added a soda. It was not until I got home that I noticed that they gave me two pepperoni pizzas without extra cheese. When I called the store back I explained to them the error in my order. I was told that I paid for what I got and that the person must have misheard my order. The manager made no attempt to resolve the issue by remaking the two pizzas to order. I hung up the phone frustrated and called back after I had calmed down. I explained to the manager that entire time I have done business with them, for over a year now, I always order extra cheese on my pizzas. She stated that I got what I paid for, that she spoke to the guy and that he stated that never heard extra cheese and sometimes they make mistakes. Again they made no attempt to correct the mistake. I advised her that the gentleman repeated my order as I stated it. The manager was rude and unyielding. This is the worst customer service that I have ever received, and I was taken aback by the treatment because I have never had a problem with this business before. I couldn't even enjoy my meal so it was $30 wasted.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for the poor customer service that I received and a replacement of my two pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese. I am willing to pay the difference, though I feel good customer of service dictates that they should waive the extra charge because of all of the trouble I've had to go through to get them.

Review: My husband purchased a pizza from zappys, I tried to call them and tell them the pizza was bad and the meat tasted spoiled , no one picked up . The next day which is today I got a hold of the manager named [redacted] I told her about my problem and that I have my receipt. [redacted] lost control interrupted me , yelled at me , would not let me speak, told me she hated people like me who take advantage of companies like this. Said she was recording me without my knowledge . All I asked for was a replacement and to not put meat on the pizza , she insisted I dig the old pizza out of the trash to bring to her . She said I was lying about calling them the day before and there was no way someone did not pick up. She was so hostile I could not believe what was going on. I want to speak to the owner of this company and I demand and apology from [redacted] and the ownerror. This was our first time dealing with this company and I can not believe how this was handled. She would not stop arguing , yelling and insulting me.Desired Settlement: I want the owner to contact me asap!
