We have spoke to *** *** ***, and we offered to compensate to help with the repairs costsShe accepted the offer and we resolved the issue

As of today we came to an agreement with [redacted], we mailed her a check today (tracking #[redacted]) for $500 as agreed in additional to the $200 we sent before. That should help with the repairs. Our intentions were not to sell a vehicle that wasn’t in good working condition. We are sorry you had to go through this but were helping [redacted] as a nice gesture. Please note that we are legally not obligated to do any of what we did because the car was sold as is and a purchaser is on their own once they leave the lot. But once again our intentions are good. We sell over 30 cars a month and rarely have anything like this case happen. Anyway, we are glad that we could resolve this issue. [redacted] agreed to remove the complaint and not post any complains to any other source.

I am rejecting this response because:Hi [redacted]. I received your response to issue [redacted], with Zara auto and a [redacted]...

we purchased in July. I have followed up with Zara auto and they have still not emailed me any papers to sign-which they said on Monday of this week they would do. I called on Tuesday to make sure they had the correct email address and he insisted he had an email for me and would send it but he said he was busy. He offered me verbally on Monday only $500. I am very upset because they continue to mislead and lie to me. We have spent thousands of dollars trying to repair this car. The problems with it started less than having the car for 24 hours. It was not drivable on the second day. As of now, the car has been into the shop for repairs 4 times and is scheduled to go back again for $800 more. We could have purchased a MUCH nicer and newer car without hail damage. I don't believe Zara has any intent of settling this. When I asked the owner, [redacted] why he was calling me, he said he was responding to my email. I asked him if he was calling because I had taken this up with the Revdex.com and he said no-which was a lie. He swears they did NOT clean the car up and hide the mechanical issues prior to selling but our mechanic stated otherwise. Our salesman even said "the timing belt has been replaced." Well, guess what...on the 3rd time back to the shop, guess what broke? Yep-the timing belt!! This has been a shady deal from day one and I just want some kind of compensation. I am sure he thought it was dealt  with and off his back because I haven't heard from them since. I just don't want any other hard working family to get duped like we did. I hope you will continue to pursue this. In the meantime, we are thousands of dollars out of pocket with no end in sight and a company in [redacted] who could really care less about us. Please help.

Hello, I just looked into our sales records I don't have the customer or the car in our system. I believe the client has bought the vehicle from our Colorado Springs location. We will contact them on this matter and see what we could do for the client.  thanks! PS I only saw...
