Zara Auto Sales

Don't buy anything from this crooked dealership. I bought a car here and 3 hours down the road the headlight starts flopping around so I took it to a body shop where he found the fender, headlight, and front bumper that these guys "supposedly fixed" attached with wood screws and sheet rock screws, they also sold the car with exact mileage and turns out the car don't have exact mileage which they never disclosed. They will lie through their teeth, they tried telling me they only charged me 5000 for the car when in reality they 9000 dollars from me and only gave me 50 dollars in change.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hi [redacted] I received your response to issue [redacted] , with Zara auto and a [redacted] we purchased in JulyI have followed up with Zara auto and they have still not emailed me any papers to sign-which they said on Monday of this week they would doI called on Tuesday to make sure they had the correct email address and he insisted he had an email for me and would send it but he said he was busyHe offered me verbally on Monday only $I am very upset because they continue to mislead and lie to meWe have spent thousands of dollars trying to repair this carThe problems with it started less than having the car for hoursIt was not drivable on the second dayAs of now, the car has been into the shop for repairs times and is scheduled to go back again for $moreWe could have purchased a MUCH nicer and newer car without hail damageI don't believe Zara has any intent of settling thisWhen I asked the owner, [redacted] why he was calling me, he said he was responding to my emailI asked him if he was calling because I had taken this up with the Revdex.com and he said no-which was a lieHe swears they did NOT clean the car up and hide the mechanical issues prior to selling but our mechanic stated otherwiseOur salesman even said "the timing belt has been replaced." Well, guess what...on the 3rd time back to the shop, guess what broke? Yep-the timing belt!! This has been a shady deal from day one and I just want some kind of compensationI am sure he thought it was dealt with and off his back because I haven't heard from them sinceI just don't want any other hard working family to get duped like we didI hope you will continue to pursue thisIn the meantime, we are thousands of dollars out of pocket with no end in sight and a company in [redacted] who could really care less about usPlease help Sincerely, [redacted] ***
