Hi, I've attached the order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email. Please find Zara planned to ship the 9 items via 2 packages. It suggests the 9 items are in different warehouses. Even though [redacted] admitted the delivery error, they still refused to solve my issue. I was in 2 Zara stores before the end of the last date to return the product. I followed Zara policy :- I sent an email 3 days after the date of the purchase to ask for an exchange or a return : Zara accepted it (by email)- BEFORE the expiration date of 1 month, I went to 2 stores but none of them was able to exchange it because they didn't have it anymore : each of them told me to contact the customer serviceZara is responsible to not have exchanged the blazer in a store, I did it on time.Thank you.
