Zarafini

Review: On May **, 2013, I purchased $1,624.55 of merchandise from Zarafini.com. I paid for the merchandise using my debit MasterCard. Zarafini.com claimed that it had a “hassle-free 15 day return policy.” After receiving the merchandise on June *, 2013, I returned the merchandise on June **, 2013. As of this day, November **, 2013, no refund has been given to me on behalf of Zarafini.com. I have tried to contact Zarafini.com by telephone and email numerous times, and have still not received my refund, although Zarafini.com kept the merchandise. Therefore, Zarafini.com effectively stole $1624.55 from me through fraud.Desired Settlement: Zarafini.com needs to stop its unethical business practices. It has committed fraud and theft, and I hope it will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
