I am rejecting this response because: The west window is not the issue. windows in my house have been replaced in recent years.
The other leaks in one living room are not near a window but in the middle of the house. A ceiling fan has been ruined and is an electrical hazard and cannot be used; there are two huge stains in the middle of the room. Ceiling plaster in second living room where Zarate Construction applied plaster is falling down because of the roof leaking making the drywall wet. MrZarate has been in my home and acknowledged the stains and leaks. He said the leaks would be stopped and he would have a plaster person come out to re drywall the ceiling where it is falling down. MrZarate needs to honor his word. *** ** ***

To Whom It May Concern:The roof at Ms. [redacted]'s residence is sound and is not leaking.  She has been informed numerous times after numerous visits to her house to check her roof, that it is, in fact, a window on the west side of her house.  The water damage that she claims is coming...

from the roof is coming from an old leaky window.  She has been informed of said window but refuses to get it replaced, which was never a part of the contract we entered.  The contract was to only cover the roof replacement.  We have been as helpful and informative as possible to Ms. [redacted].  We have never charged her for our time that she has wasted in her numerous phone calls and our inspections of her new roof.  We have been a strong construction business based on reputation and word of mouth for seventeen years.  We do not advertise as we get many contracts through referrals from past, satisfied customers. If there are any other questions about this situation or any other information needed to clear this matter, please let me know how I can be of assistance.  Sincerely, Jesse Zarate
