Don't waste your money! I paid a total of $600 + tax for these products. You can purchase the exact same items from other companies through Amazon for only $215 + tax. Unfortunately, I bought them at the travel show, so for my "discounted" price there were "not returnable." That should have been my first big clue to NOT buy them! They work ok, but the price is a TOTAL RIPOFF.

This was a smooth pleasant purchase, I made a mistake when ordering one of there massage guns I order the 6 speed gun when I meant to order the 20 speed. Not only were they fast at fixing MY mistake it shipped out rather quickly. Highly recommend and satified

I love the neck massager! The ability to apply as much pressure as one wants is great. The heat element also is an added bonus.

Zarifa was awesome to deal with. I bought a massage cushion last year at the Utah State Fair, and it was out of the one year warranty. I spoke with Andrew in the office and they were super helpful. He was able to have my cushion repaired, for free, and even had us enter to win a carrying case. Couldn't ask for better service!

This company was a pleasure to work with, I've had zero issues with my product and they were kind enough to help me get registered on the website.

They even mailed me extra pads and accessories free of charge after lost my Massage Belt.

WORST COMPANY EVER! My wife purchased this chair massager at the Utah RV show, they told her they were selling her a new one, it was not new and broke the second time we used it. She took it back, they said they fixed it, it still did not work. They told her they would replace it with a new one, but his one was already allegedly new. She avoided telling me this because she knew I would be upset. Well I was upset and I called the company. I told them I want my money back. Yama, owner of the company, not only insulted me and accused me of breaking 2 chairs, even though we still only have the one we originally purchased, he called me a liar and hung up on me! When I called him back he yelled at me that I was a liar and I broke 2 chairs. I told him I would be contacting the Revdex.com as well as leaving a very negative review on his FB page. He said not only did he not care but he would not honor the 1 year warranty on his junk chair we spent $383.74 dollars on. I told him I would sue him and he basically said screw you and hung up on me again!
Do not buy from this company! They do not stand behind their product, they have no interest in customer service, and their product is not reliable! I want my money back!

Hello Revdex.com, We've had quite the long ordeal with *** and would consider him and his wife a problem customer; regardless, we are trying out best to honor our obligation as a business and meet the needs of all of our customers. ***' wife had broken the chair in February of 2018 we promptly covered it under warranty and sent her a working chair. She broke the chair a second time in March of 2018 and we offered to cover it under warranty again. However, they were both very rude and unreasonable on the phone, which is forgivable as it is a large ticket item. In the end we offered to refund them the full amount if they would ship/bring us the chair one final time. Instead we were met with many negative copy/pasted reviews across all of our social media accounts and online via email. We want to make sure their happy to avoid any further issues and would be happy to refund them. We are deeply sorry that they are having issues operating the chair properly but will do our part to set it right.

We have had issues with this customer that have trailed now over a year's time. The customer has already gone through two chairs. They have had their original chair repaired, and then eventually replaced. When the chair was replaced, the customer was made aware the issues fell outside standard warranty claim, yet we took care of them for free. This will now be the third instance where they are asking to be taken care of for free, and not only that but are demanding a refund without ever having brought he product back to us. They were asked multiple times to send the product back, yet they failed to ever do so. Our product has a one year warranty included, which we most definitely do abide by. This particular customer has been incorrectly using the product, and as such, we are unable to help them.

We believe this instance is similar to someone dropping a brand new cellphone in water. The cellphone will have a warranty, but the warranty will not cover water damage. It has not happened just once, but twice prior to this claim. Both previous times, we went out of our way to accommodate them. At this point the original product is far out of warranty, and the customer has made outlandish claims about the company. We have openly offered the customer a full refund, had they simply sent the product back. At this time, the customer is well outside of their means and we are unable to further help them. The fact that the customer has repeatedly pushed and lied through the Revdex.com to effect our company negatively is saying a lot about their character. This negatively effects us, and yet we have gone above and beyond to serve them.

I am rejecting this response because: This reply from Zarifa is a lie from the first word to the last. I do not know why I am receiving this email. When it became apparent that the Revdex.com either was unwilling or unable to help with this unethical thief who runs Zarifa, we went to a local consumer advocate, Dick G, who came to our house, filmed a segment about THE ONLY CHAIR we have ever had from this disreputable company, not the second or third as he alleges, and after G reached out to them and told they would be airing the piece they filmed showing clearly the chair had not been misused and was inoperative, then, AND ONLY THEN, did they offer to refund our money upon return of their substandard product. This happened in September of 2018 so I am askance as to why I am being contacted over a year later regarding this complaint.

To reiterate, not only did Zarifa NEVER initially offer us a refund nor follow through with regards to repairs, the owner LIED when he said this is what occurred, he LIED when he said they made repairs, he LIED when he said we used their product improperly, and he LIED when he said they replaced the chair twice. The chair we ultimately received a refund for was in fact THE ORIGINAL ONE WE PURCHASED. In addition, he LIED when he said there was nothing more that they could do regarding the warranty as if no further action had been taken, thereby misleading the Revdex.com to believe that the chair was still in our possession and we were still seeking redress and that no out of warranty service or refund was possible. In fact after Dick G's advocacy group informed them they would air my complaint they IMMEDIATELY offered a refund as long as the filmed segment was not aired. My assumption is, based on this dishonest and unethical business owners past statements regarding this complaint, that they did not want the Revdex.com to know that only after they folded under the pressure of my complaint being aired on local TV did they finally agree to refund our money for the defective and substandard product they sold us. Just why this seems important to them I can only surmise, which is that they want to continue to paint us in a bad light, when in reality we have had no further contact with them since they refunded our money and we returned the garbage product they sold us, by implying that they were in the right all along and vindicated insofar as if they never returned our money and he was justified and honest in his dealings with us which is ludicrous on its face. His statement is written so as to clearly indicate such, when he could have merely stated they returned our money, we returned the inferior product and the issue was closed, but that is not this business owners M.O. Rather it is self justification and contempt for his customers.
