Review: On 7/**/13 I placed an order with zarizia.com for clothing . On 7/**/13 I received the package and upon opening I realized the clothing was not authentic as I was made to believe it would be. I made a call to them that same day, I was given the runaround transferred multiple times to people trying to convince me the shirts were from outlets so the may vary from retail products slightly, while I am looking at the products describing how easy it was to tell they were 100% counterfeits. After talking with them for a while trying to make them understand I did not want to keep them or a discount on a future purchase, all I wanted is to return the items for a refund they finally said ok they would email me with the return shipping information. On 7/**/13 after I did not receive this email I placed another call as to where I was given the same runaround on as to why I wanted to return and no there not fakes after a while once again they said they would send the email. Received the email the same day. I shipped the products back to them exactly as stated to do by them on 7/**/13 . According to the tracking number they received the return to the address they had provided me on 7/**/13 . After I did not receive the email confirming my return I called them on 7/**/13 and was told to call the following monday. I called the following monday was told I should have the refund by the end of the week. when I did not receive it I tried to contact with no answer multiple times. On 8/*/13 I tried to email them with my concerns with no response . I tried again to call on 8/**/13 and was told they would send me an email and to respond with my tracking number. I received the email immediately and responded immediately with the tracking number . Since then I have received no contact, can not get in touch with them and still no refund. I can provide you with any documentation needed to prove that everything I have stated is true.Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund for the items I have returned to them for very legitimate reasons. There Return policy states that there is a 15% handling fee, at this point I see no way for them to rightfully justify applying this fee to my return for multiple reasons including: everything I stated above, I never once received the products I order what I received were knock off replicas of what I ordered, and the fact off when I agreed to these terms they were agreeing to uphold the terms stated by there website and there emails to which they did not conform to any of them such as ( "outstanding customer service" "15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy!" Review: September of 2012 I placed (and paid for) an order with this company, who is fraudulently using the Revdex.com logo on their web page, and received nothing resembling the items I ordered. After seven ignored emails I finally received a response, and a promise of reimbursement if I returned the items with the attached form. I returned the items as requested via express mail on October **, 2012, and my package was delivered to the company in question on October **, 2012. The return form expressly stated a 3-5-day processing time for exchanges. After another seven ignored emails, I finally received a response on November **, 2012 stating processing delays because of Hurricane Sandy; and a promise of a refund as soon as my return was logged in. I sent three other emails of inquiry between November 2012 and April 2013, and to date have not received a response or refund. This company took my money for merchandise they could not provide, and refuse to refund my money after I returned their merchandise.Desired Settlement: That this company stop passing itself off as a reputable Revdex.com accredited entity when it is not; and to refrain from sales until it does. I, like other consumers, feel secure when ordering from a site that boasts the Revdex.com logo. [redacted] is abusing this privilege and it needs to stop!

Review: Their website claims to sell authentic Northface Jackets. The description of the jacket did not match the jacket I received and it was a fake. The tags weren't correct, the jacket had a strange odor and the fleece was paper thin. Not at all like the Northface jacket I currently own. The company has not responded to my five emails and one phone call. I'm sick over this!Desired Settlement: I paid for the jacket with a credit card so that is how I want to be credited. I also want my shipping costs to be reimbursed or they could send me a pre-paid shipping label. I'd also like this company to be fully investigated and either shut down or not be allowed to make false claims on their merchandise.
