Kerrville Police Department. She got very angry because there was tape left on her gas fuel door. The auto body employee tried to explain that the tape was on their to dry up certain areas for the part to stay stable and after a certain amount of hours it can then be removed. Every time it was time to pick up her vehicle she always wanted something else repaired. She had a insurance claim in her truck and only wanted certain parts repaired. She never once gave us a copy of her estimate which I tried several times to ask her for so we could mark off what was needed but she only wanted certain parts of the vehicle repaired. So at that point we can only go by what the customer wants repaired. So we made a estimate and showed what was the amount and that she was charged for.  We did ask her to pay down 700.00. Just to make sure she was serious.
It was them time for her to pick up her vehicle. She would not return calls. Right when it was closing time she then shows up randomly a few weeks later asking to repair more on the truck. She was then quoted another charge. February 14the her vehicle was ready and I had to call her from my personal phone to get in touch with her so she then answered. Yes she would not answer the calls from when I tried using the business phone. When she did answer on February 14th. She stated she could not pick up her vehicle because she had Valentines day plans. I told her please pick up on Monday. A week went by and nothing. She then comes storming in at the shop looking for the owner! She was not satisfied with nothing. She then came into the office and yelled at me and I told her to please step back and let's talk about this rationally. Her male friend apologized for her behavior and asked for the truck keys I told him, That was fine... Ms. [redacted] then got violent by swinging at me and the customer that was in the office then called 911 and explained that Ms. [redacted] was trying to strike me and KPD needed to get to the facility ASAP, because it seemed Ms. [redacted] was under the influence of alcohol.   KPD shortly showed up and try to rational with her but she became very uncooperative with them as well. I explained to KPD to please remove her and her truck we showed them the estimate and showed everything was complete. KPD would not let her remove her vehicle due to her tags being out dated along with her inspection sticker and her license was suspended. She then continued to get very angry again and she was removed. I told KPD I would give her 24 hrs. To remove her truck and I would need to start charging storage fee. Enough was enough. She should have brought in her estimate that she filled with her automobile insurance and just let us take care of it all. She got the check for it. Just seems like she cashed it and spent it to her ability, and not use it towards her damages.
