[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The first section of this response will correct the AID Auto, Inc's narrativeThe second section will detail [redacted] ***'s request from AID Auto, Inc: Section One:A personal credit application was taken before the selection of a vehicle and was processed (unbenounced to [redacted] ***) as he viewed vehiclesNo vehicle had been selected at the time of this credit run, needless to say any confirmation that [redacted] would do business with [redacted] *** [redacted] *** filled out the paperwork as [redacted] requested, because according to [redacted] ***, [redacted] claimed they were going to use this information to verify his pre-approval from [redacted] *** After [redacted] selected a vehicle he was shocked to discover that [redacted] had run his personal credit without his approvalAt this time, *** [redacted] requested that the credit inquiry be removed because both parties never agreed to move forward with a purchase; let alone [redacted] had not given the confirmation that he would even do business with themAs he complained, one of [redacted] ***'s employees approached [redacted] and threatened to engage in a physical altercationThe above narrative opposes that of [redacted] *** Section 2: On October 21, [redacted] was served a Cease and Desist Letter after defaming and reviews and ratings were posted by two AID Auto, Inc on [redacted] ***'s companyThe reviews and ratings were posted after [redacted] left his review of his experience with customer service at AID AutoThe two [redacted] employees have never conducted business or interacted with [redacted] ***'s company and not in a position to comment on his companyIt was an unprofessional, emotionally charged review that reflected their interaction and has nothing to reflect with [redacted] company [redacted] ***'s review are an attempt to defame [redacted] ***'s characterIt should also be mentioned that after multiple failed attempts to contact the owner of [redacted] ***, MrFred, [redacted] paid him a visit [redacted] informed MrFred of his request to have the reviews and ratings removed, but MrFred refused to listen and admitted that he supports his employee's decision to physically confront himWe request that the reviews and ratings be removed and it is for this reason that the Cease and Desist Letter was servedIf not removed within the next three business days, we will proceed with further legal actionRegards, [redacted] COO

*** *** *** received a *** *** Pre-Approval letter for a purchase of a vehicle in his personal nameWhen he arrived at the AD Auto Location in Landover, MD; he was shown vehicles and choose a vehicle to his likingUpon choosing a vehicle, a personal credit application was taken and
submitted to the credit bureaus and *** *** Auto Finance for approval with his authorization and signature (Enclosed is a copy of his application and signature)After price could not be negotiated to Satisfy both parties, *** *** created a scene by verbally assaulting the staff regarding his credit being pulledHe was approached by another member of the staff asking him to calm down and *** *** continued his verbal assault on that member of the staffWhen that staff member told him his behavior was inappropriate, *** *** intentionally tried to provoke a physical response and threatening to physically assault the staff memberAt that time, the Police were called to have *** *** removed from the premisesWhen informed the Police were called, he left the premisesUpon arrival of the Police *** *** returned to the premises to continue his behavior*** *** eventually left the premises at the request of the staff and the Police

On November 22, 2016, Ms*** purchased a *** *** from AD Auto, Incat *** *** Road, Landover, Maryland Ms*** was asked for a refundable good faith deposit to process her application with the banksMs*** willingly applied $1,as a good faith deposit
Upon processing her application, we received an approval for her purchase of the vehicleMs*** was then brought to the finance office to present the finance option available to herDuring this time the Finance Manager presented the deal to Ms*** and explained for the deal to work, she needed to pay an additional $for her down paymentTo which Ms*** agreed before signing all the paperwork.After the paperwork was signed, the vehicle was taken into our shop for a Final inspection and detail for Ms***Upon Completion of the inspection and detail, Ms*** was unhappy with minor flaws in the vehicleAt which time the General Sales Manager had our lead Detail Technician re-detail the interior and exterior of the vehicle including wet sanding and buffing the minor flawsOur General Sales Manager and Ms*** inspected the interior and exterior of the vehicle after a full detail of the vehicleThere were no damages present at the time of deliveryThe damage to the frontend of the vehicle would have been present at that timeNeither the General Sales Manager, nor Ms*** made any statements regarding said damageMs*** was satisfied with the results and took possession of her vehicleOn November 20, 2016, Ms*** called and spoke with Fred regarding pulsating brakesIt was recommended to bring the vehicle to our Service Department so we could inspect the brakes for herMs*** brought the vehicle in and after inspecting the brakes, we informed her that the brake pads and rotors were in good working conditionOur Service Writer recommended that she could upgrade her rotors to improve performanceAt which time Ms*** began to verbally abuse the staffAt which point our Service Writer advised upper management regarding the issueIt was decided that the Company would upgrade the rotors at no charge for Ms***At which time Ms*** was then pleased and took the vehicle home after we upgraded the rotors.Please contact me with any further questions regarding this matter.Best Regards,Chang J***Operations Manager

However, we could not get tags because she had insurance violations with the MVA from vehicles she owned previouslyShe was informed of this She has to go to the MVA and clear up the her problems and pay them $for tag fees She recently paid her debt to us, so we are issuing a check to her for $to cover the tags.
