I am very displeased with how this company handles orders over the phone concerning credit card payments. I placed an order over the phone using my credit card for a neighbor who was in need. I explained that the name on the card (mine) was not the name of the person it would be delivered to. Not one time was I informed that the delivery driver would need to see my ID and credit card in order to receive this order. Once the driver came to my neighbor's door, she was declined the food. I called the business to speak with a supervisor about the matter, I was going to fax any information needed in order for my neighbor to have something to eat. I was told by an employee she was too busy to get the supervisor and I needed to call back when it was more convenient for them. I explained that I placed the order and the driver declined to deliver to my neighbor because she did not have my credit card nor ID. The employee was very rude and stated that it ws their policy and that customers were informed at the time of placing the order. I was NOT told of this, otherwise I would not have placed the order. She continued to say that they were too busy to deal with this matter and to call back. I asked when I would receive a refund since the delivery was not made. She stated "whenever we can get to it." I was furious. Not only was I not made aware of their policy PRIOR to them charging my card, but I had to tell my neighbor I would not be able to provide her with anything to eat tonight due to their lack of procedure. I was not pleased with the service I received at all. I would NOT recommend doing business with this place, they are NOT concerned with customer satisfaction at all, simply getting your money.

Review: I ordered food and it was charged to my credit card. The amount of the food I was charged for was $31.00. This charge was posted to my credit card on January 25th.I ordered either Friday, the 24th or Saturday the 25th.I called as soon as I saw the charge on my checking statement online. [redacted] was going to look up the receipt. I called the week of January 26th. I called 3 or 4 times since then and each time the employee is looking for the receipt.I ordered about $23.00 worth of food that was delivered. I do not have the original receipt but it is my understanding that the restaurant should have the receipt or records to back-up any charges to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like the $8 that [redacted] overcharged me. I have the checking statment to verify what I am ascertaining.Please keep this complaint as I am sure there are others. I had ordered from [redacted] in the past but do not trust to order in the future.I appreciate any assistance the Revdex.com may provide.

Good morning… An associate from [redacted] contacted me either the 20th or 21st of February and told me they would refund the $10 they overcharged me. In turn, I gave them my credit card info so they would put the overcharge back onto my card. As a result, they charged me another $10 because apparently the associate did not know how to credit my card. [redacted] Pizza now owes me $20. I called twice. Second time placed on hold for a long period of time. I hung up. I want [redacted] to issue me a check for $20 and no more verbal contact. I am no longer going to chase them down for money they had no place taking to begin with.
