I had tried twice to order products but both times, the payment process didn't go through. I would get to the place order page and then it would go back to the payment method page. I called and they insisted I was using another account, I only had one account. The second time I made sure I was signed onto my account. I looked into my bank and see the charges are pending but I wouldn't receive a conformation email. I had to wait to see if the payment went through, through my bank.
I figure I give this one last time. Looks like third times the charm but now I had to choose the rush delivery to get it on time, so expensive and so frustrating.
