Review: I received a charge on my bank account from this company for no reason. I have been dealing with them since Nov 2012 and have yet to receive a refund.
I have tried numerous times since November 2012 to contact this company by phone and email to receive a refund for the charge I did not authorize. they keep promising that I should see the refund in my account within a couple of days and I never receive it. when I contact them againt they respond with "i dont know what happened last time but this time you should see the refund." and to this day I have not received anything. I contacted them via email today, since their phone number says they are no longer in business.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the amount they withdrew I am not seeking more than that.
