Review: I am the President of the [redacted]). We purchased a targeted list of prospects from Zeal to launch targeted marketing campaigns for the association to dentists and dental practices. They promised a list with 90% data integrity.The list the sent was garbage, to put it nicely. It triggered SEVEN spam filters through Constant Contact for an email campaign.This caused our Constant Contact account to be SHUT DOWN! Over 60% of the list came back undeliverable when we ran a fax campaign. A spot check of the list on our own showed us that almost NONE of the contacts on the list we purchased were dental practices, had valid websites or email addresses. We spot checked a portion of the list on our own by actually calling those on the list. 50% were not even dental practices! When I shared this information with Zeal, they offered to "clean up" the list and send an email campaign from their end. They did and my inbox was immediately cluttered with undeliverable addresses - thousands of them. The bounced emails came in non-stop for days. When I checked some of the email addresses (we paid specifically for DENTIST'S emails), I was shocked to find the emails went to: towing companies, spanish websites, or led nowhere at all. Of the medical ones that were on the list (yet still returned) they were sent to: oncologists, dermatologists, neurologists, etc. I voiced my complaints to Zeal as my tea had built many membership campaigns based upon receiving this list (again - promised to be 90& accurate for dental contacts). It has been a disaster. I requested a refund from Zeal and have heard nothing. [redacted] is filing a complaint against Zeal for misrepresentation of services and fraudulent practices.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $3,500.
