Ordered blinds on March 31st. invoice #100036067 order #100036550. After 9 weeks have not received them as yet. Made several attempts by e-mail and phone calls, also, phone #866 881-8682 is out of service. Please issue my order ASAP or return my full refund of $90.66

Review: Needed two windows covered with blackout material.

Two blinds ordered after viewing 3" square sample and accepting online and sample product stated description as "blackout" material. Several email exchanges and installed product pictures sent. Product is proven in photos to show sun streaming through. Falsely described/advertised product. Company will not allow return for full refund.
